Less, I would say about 1/2 cup

Q: Do these have a nice sparkle?

Not really, a bit of sparkle here and there-it was mostly gray crushed rock. I was pretty underwhemed by it. I basically used it for texture on the project I was doing and I added Mica flake/glltter forthe shine the Pyrite was lacking.
