Item was broken upon arrival.

I bought one of these for my brother for Christmas and one for my dad for Christmas. The first one I got did not have the bag but I figured it wasn't a big deal because my dad has a go pro case that holds all of his gadgets. I ordered the second one for my brother thinking that it would have the bag and it didn't either. He doesn't have a go pro case to hold stuff in either. I have no time left before I travel to my parents before Christmas so I guess he will just have to live without the bag to hold the stuff because there is no time to ship it back. The other products are high quality though.
