I love this, keeps me hydrated. I use it once a day in a 40 oz. Bottle , drink halfway down fill back up so I get slightly toned down flavor but still love the flavors either way. I am on monthly subscription and 1 time had shipping issue but been great since. Some people don't like certain flavors. I enjoy them all , I gave soda up a year ago and haven't drank anything but water. Takes time to get used to after 35 years of soda but now I don't drink anything else.

Light flavor, not overly sweet. Love the flavor choices although the pomegranate-cherry is my least favorite. Really helps eliminate occurrence of muscle cramps! Convenient packaging,. Pre measured stick packs perfect to take on the go and add to water when needed and mixes without clumping!

Great product. Huge fan of Dr. Berg's products. The powder tastes good and noticed my energy levels improve after a couple weeks of using.

I want to like these and for the most part I do. But, there’s something about the grit/texture I can’t quite get behind. Most of the flavors are good, and I know this is a personal preference but I absolutely hate the cherry pomegranate flavor. I know the health benefits of drinking electrolytes, so I’ll continue to drink these!

The best flavors in the variety pack are pomegranate cherry and grape. I am using these everyday! I love it and highly recommend this product to help keep you hydrated and balanced electrolytes.

Love the flavors, except the pomegranate. They are like a treat during the workday.

They should allowed you to select flavors and make the contents smaller and more of them. Plus the orange packets people and I dont care for. It sure doesent taste like orange.

The first one I tried made me feel very lousy. It is hard to describe the feeling. I was very anxious, nervous and agitated. I don't know if the ingredients in the product interacted with something I ate or if it was because I drank the whole 16oz bottle mixture in one short time span. After that I drink the product more slowly and have not had problems. The other two electrolyte products I've tried have had better results. I tried this one because it is much lower in sodium than one of the other two that I tried
