Really good product
I bought this epilator since I was tired of keeping on buying shavers over and over again. I tried long term use shavers and those would keep rusting so I would throw it out and end up spending money on another one. When I saw this epilator I tried it and immediately loved it. It shaves really well and does not leave any bumps on your skin like other shavers do. I can use it for wet and dry which is really helpful. I keep it in the shower and it does not rust which is the biggest plus for me. Especially at this price point I would recommend trying out this epilator.

Not a good product
After one use the only way this product works is if you use it while itâs plugged in. Unfortunately itâs too late for me to return it.

Interesting design for combo shaver, epilator and callus remover. Noisy. Mediocre performance.
The design differs from most of the other vertically oriented shavers. The significant other said that it does feel comfortable and easily handled. The device comes with three interchangeable heads: an epilator, shaver and callus abrasion. The shaver head has the typical floating foil system with straight blade style cutters on either sides. She tested the shaver and the callus abrasion heads. She didnât want to test the epilator function, believing that the obvious pulling/plucking mechanism would be painful. The product details describes it as â18 Pairs of Dual Opposed tweezers to reduce pain and grab even the smallest of hairs.â I thought about it and fully agreed with her decision. The shaver performed adequately, but wasnât as effective as single purpose shavers. Key to all shavers, use the straight blade elements to reduce the length of target hair, then use the foil shaving section for the closer shaving/cutting session. Following this process, it delivered a reasonable close shave. The callus abrasion head worked fine. If you have a particularly thick or large callus, youâll want/need to clear the sanding roller often, to facilitate efficient reduction (sanding) of the callus. The biggest issue with this device is noise level. It is very loud, with a grinding noise. I was actually shocked at the nature and db level of the operating noise. The product details notes that itâs waterproof and can be used in the shower and bath. Also, it can be washed under the faucet. The waterproof rating is not provided in the user manual, nor in the product details. Based on the open charging port on the bottom of the device, and the general design, I would not use it in the shower or bath. And for cleaning the heads, I would advise removing the head and rinsing it under a faucet. I would not subject the body of the device to water. The battery capacity is rated at 600mAh. The product box states it takes 8 hours to fully charge a depleted battery. No estimated working time is detailed.Itâs in the lower range of costs for epilators in the similar form factor. Personally, we feel that the noise level was somewhat grating, distracting and disappointing. So, based on less than spectacular performance, and the noise issues, we do not feel it met expectations. And, if you want only a ladiesâ shaver that issues a close, smooth skin result, there are more effective and better value options. Rating of 3 - 3.25 stars.

Works Well for All 3 Functions, Not Waterproof
Although the title of this device itself say wet/dry and the online product information says it can be used in the bath or shower, there are two things in the instruction manual that lead me to believe otherwise. Under "Preparation" it says, "Make sure your skin is clean, entirely dry, and free from grease." Your skin would obviously not be entirely dry if you were in the bath or the shower. Step 4 under "Cleaning and Maintenance" says "You can rinse the cutter head (not the appliance) under the tap to clean it more thoroughly. Sure doesn't sound waterproof to me. That being said, this device works very well for epilating, shaving, and foot callus removal. Each of those functions has its own head, and changing heads is super simple. Just a press of a button releases the head, and the new one clicks into place as soon as it is pressed into position. The power is either on or off. The head starts rotating immediately when the power button is turned on, so this is a device you would want to keep out of the reach of children. The light is green when the device is charged, flashes red when the battery is low, and is a solid red when the device is charging. This device comes with a charging cord that plugs into the wall, and it also includes a small cleaning brush. My wife finds it extremely convenient to have this 3-in-1 device as opposed to the separate devices she has now, and it is definitely handy when she travels. A nice pink drawstring organza bag is provided to store everything. My wife and I consider this a good value, but I am docking it one star because of the unsupported wet/dry claim. My wife is not willing to risk ruining it by testing it in the shower, although the wet/dry option was one of the reasons she wanted this particular device.

Outperformed my expectations, excellent value
For the price, this truly exceeded my expectations. I have been epilating for more than a decade, and I typically buy epilators in the $100+ range. This one isn't as good as the most expensive models, but it's much better than the epilators I've tried in the $50 range. The tweezers spin VERY quickly, which surprised me -- probably the fastest speed I've seen. There's just one speed. Faster can mean more pain and sometimes broken hairs, but this one wasn't too bad. The push button has a small LED light, but there's no light on the epilator head to illuminate the path while you work.I found the handle easy to hold, although this is the first angled model I've tried. The handle is smooth and heavy, not cheap feeling. There's a typical push button near the head which allows you to interchange the epilator, shaver, or pumice heads. The shaver works fine, and it's quiet, but it doesn't have a plastic guard that you can use to trim hair higher, or for bikini trimming. All the heads have plastic covers that snap into place. I don't find that necessary unless you routinely travel, but it keeps things tidy. There's a small, stiff brush that cleans the hair out of the epilator/shaver head, and it works fine, although the frame around the tweezers can trap hairs. My recommendation with epilating is to wax the area first, then epilate the regrowth. Otherwise, it's very painful. I've NEVER had an epilator that could remove more than 60-70% of hair in one pass, so it helps to have realistic expectations. You'll have to go over the areas multiple times, and it's much, much slower than shaving, and it hurts more sometimes, depending. I epilate my armpits, upper lip, arms, and legs without any problems. Just be sure to pull the skin taunt so that it can't be caught in the tweezers. The set comes with a wall charger and a rather pointless organza drawstring bag. Still, I'm tempted to give it 5 stars, due to the low price of $27. It's certainly a great option if you are looking for a budget epilator and/or need the shaver and pumice combo.
