eXtremeRate Anti-skid Textured Rubber Grips for Nintendo Switch PRO Controller

The material has a nice texture to it and adhere's very well to the controller. It gives a good feel between firm and squishy. My only real complaint, and the one that caused me to remove the grip, is its coverage. It's too short. My pinky fingers end up grabbing below the grip and it's an uncomfortable feeling to me holding part grip, part controller plastic. Given that the grip has some thickness there's also a noticeable ridge on the end of it too which heightens the awkward feeling since my pinkys rest against the corner of it. I think a two piece redesign should give it the ability to conform to the rounded ends of the controller's "wings".

My hands sweat, so gross like this is a must have. I was hoping that they were going to feel more foamy like the ones from kontrol freek (if only makes gross for PS4 and xbone). These still feel good though, and somehow have a neat design to fit the Switch, PS4, and xbone.And they're cheap.
