I waited a while to get the board and when it got here i tried to turn it on but it did not so i thought it might need some charge and waited six hours to turn it on and it never came on so three days later i let them what my problem was and they took forever to respond but they did and they said they would send me a new batter and the said the did but a whole month later never did.

This thing has got some giddyup! Still haven’t gone full throttle… it’s fast

I HAVE IDIOTICALLY PURCHASED 2 OF THESE BOARDS AND BOTH DIED WITHIN A MATTER OF DAYS!!!!! AFTER WHICH THE COMPANY NEVER RESPONDED TO MY RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST AND ULTIMATELY AMAZON THANKFULLY REFUNDED MY MONEY. THEY MIGHT BE INEXPENSIVE BUT THAT IS FOR A REASON THESE ARE THE WORST BOARDS WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. COINCIDENTALLY AFTER TAKING THE BATTERIES OUT OF BOTH BOARDS THEY BOTH HAD BATTERIES WITH THE EXACT SAME MANUFACTURING DATE FROM JULY 2019, MAKING THE BATTERIES 4 YEARS OLD WHICH IS A YEAR PAST THIS TYPE OF BATTERY’s LIFE EXPECTANCY….. ITS OBVIOUS THAT THE SCAM IS THEY SELL BOARDS THAT HAVE BEEN IN INVENTORY FOR OBVIOUSLY TOO LONG AND SELL THE BOARDS AT A REDUCED RATE HOPING THAT THE BATTERIES WILL AT LEAST LAST 90 DAYS WHICH IS THE LENGTH OF THE PARTS WARRANTY, HENCE WHY ALL OVER ONLINE THE REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS ARE ALWAYS THE SAME THING…. THE BATTERIES FAILVERY FAST ON MOST EVERYONE WHO BUYS ONE…SAVE UP FOR A MEEPO OR EXWAY, BOOSTED ETC….

I would say my only regret is I didn't think it through, that I can't really ride it in wet or rainy conditions because it could seriously damage the parts. But it's so fun to ride I almost don't care. Takes time to get used to. It flew out from under me a few times. Brakes are strong but take a second before they activate, which I haven't gotten used to yet, But not a major issue. Be careful charging this thing, my boards charge port sparks every time I connect the charger to it, even when it's not plugged in to the wall yet, so there's obviously power from the battery, escaping out of the charging port, which is, well, concerning, to say the least.

The media could not be loaded.  I was super excited until I found out it doesn't even power on. Shipping took forever too. :(

My battery is not charging… I hope I can contact someone and have it fixed or replaced… we’ll see I’ll update my review when/if it is done. Was so stoked when it got here today! Bunmer

Got a board that wouldn't charge or even turn on, returned over a month ago and they're claiming to not have received the return so I can't get my money back. File a claim page takes you to a website that isn't active.... GREAT
