Tempeh (pronounced tem-pay) is a traditional cultured high protein soyfood from Indonesia. We make our tempeh in small batches using split and hulled soybeans certified organic by Ecocert Canada. Unique amongst tempeh producers in the US is that Rhapsody tempeh is made using two different culture strains instead of one resulting in a broader fermentation
