IMPORTANT ADVICE: DO NOT ATTEMPT WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT PREPERATION & PRE-PLANNING
I have to say that this project satisfied my OCD nature like nothing else could... I made sure to read the reviews before deciding to take on this challenge & it was ALMOST everything I expected it to be in nearly every way... But with the end result being an impressive work of art, it was a labor of Love... Don't mess up while assembling this because it's nearly impossible to move or remove without causing significant damage to your wall**DISSAPOINTMENTS**Athough my Satisfaction of the Product highly out weighs any disappointments I have... I still have a few disappointments to report nevertheless:The 1st dissapointment is, based on the picture of the murial on the product description, it appears to consist of more pink leaves than Red, which was what I was expecting when I ordered it but it turned out to be the opposite (It contained more Red leaves than pink)... I resolved that disappointment, I Ordered a 48 peice 3D pink butterflies set in order to achieve the abundance of "Pink" colors that I wanted. My 2nd Disappointment is the phrase & verbiage that came with it was corny & takes away from the overall beauty of the Murial... It would've been a great feature if the customer could choose their preferred verbiage at the time of purchase... So instead of using the the phrase it came with that said:~Meeting You was Fateand Falling in Love with you was out of my control~ (BARF!)I resolved this disappointment by creating my own verbiage Using the letters that came with it along with the leftover scraps, I spent nearly a day trying to cut and create my own verbiage to say:~ Accept what isLet go of what wasHave Faith in What will be ~Still, I was not deterred in the least because in the end, my own ability to be creative would come in handy to find a way to not only make this work but also to find another way to get some more pink colors in there (come hell or high water)!Step 1: Open the box to get an idea of what I was working withStep 2: Pre-Prepping each individual peice by first taking 1 full day sitting in front of the television, while (using a pair of tweezers) to peel off the brown protective layer from only one side of each individual peice (which is an OCD's dream btw..) to reveal the color of each & every peice so that I could get a mental image as I goStep 3: After deciding which wall I was going use, I then unfolded all of the stencils, measured & lined them up in chronological order -> THEN...Step 4 - THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: I ordered Chinese Food, told my roommates that I was buying dinner for everyone... I had it delivered & set the food out (buffet like) on a coffee table in the room I chose for the Murial (I'm thinking the reader now knows where I'm going with this)... I "Huck Finned" them as 1 roommate at a time came strolling in for the food 🤭 where I began to peice together Murial on the wall... (Hey, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do)Only 3 hours later, this is what unfolded (see the pictures attached)... It turned out to be one of the BEST wall of artwork in my 2 story, 3,200 square feet home WITH ALOT of HUGE empty walls (1 perfect wall down, 10 more to go)!*whispering* I ordered another Murial, except the next one is all red & is a size large (The one in this picture is only a medium)... Shhhhh! 🤫🤫🤫 Don't tell the roommates 😉

How to remove the decal without destroying the paint - IT IS POSSIBLE!
The media could not be loaded. What you need:Heat gunGoo GonePainters SpatulaRagsFirst off, I LOVED my tree decal! I put it up in my spa room and played an underwater projector light on it and damn it was awesome. Clients loved it during massages and facials. BUT, then pandemic, and I had to leave the spa. And to get my security deposit back, I had to take my decal with me. YIKES! So I went right to the reviews here, and all I read was that it would destroy your wall. Double yikes! So I searched the interwebs for more help, and ran into some less involved mirrored decals that showed a heat gun was helpful. I ran out and bought one, and a painters spatula, grabbed my Goo Gone, because that just made sense, and a bunch of rags. My plan was to experiment and figure it out. And I did.Directions:Carefully slide the painter's spatula between the decal and the wall to separate them. If you're smart and careful, you can do this without scratching up the wall. It will leave behind bits of adhesive. Squirt the remaining gunk with Goo Gone and rub in a bit with a rag. Then with a heat gun in one hand and a rag in the other, heat up the remaining adhesive with the heat gun. It gets GOOEY when hot, then quickly wipe off the hot gooey adhesive with the rag before it cools. And WHALLAH! Decal is gone and wall is intact. May still be a bit sticky, so more Goo Gone for that and then a good wiping down with a wet rag, and you're done.Warning:Be careful not to get the wall itself too hot or the pain will bubble. The trunk is TRICKY. That is where I did end up pulling some paint off because I was sooo close to being DONE, I stopped being careful - and because that's where the decal is the thickest, that's where the most care needs to be taken.Side note: If I were to do it again (which I might because I LOVED that tree so damn much). If you heat the decal first, it comes off so easy, but leaves ALL the adhesive on the wall. That was the first thing I learned, so went with the spatula to get the decal and most of the adhesive off. BUT if I were to have a do over, I'd remove the decal with heat, then try the Goo Gone and heat trick to the remaining adhesive and try and wipe that off with a rag. I didn't experiment with that approach. The Goo Gone by itself is not enough to the the adhesive off, but that paired with the heat gun is MAGIC.I added a couple of pics and a crummy video, but you really need two hands to for the rag and heat gun trick, so filming sucked.

Beautiful! Great addition to any room!
Time consuming, but looks absolutely amazing! Love looking at the yellow trees! Not easy to remove once applied to the wall, so make sure you are certain of where you apply the decal sticker.

DIY Heaven!
We bought this knowing it would be too big for our space - two new white sliding doors in the kitchen. Originally we wanted different colored leaves. Opening the tightly packed box loaded with laser-cut plastic pieces, instructions and templates was daunting. I sorted it all out and we decided not to use (1) the dog(?), (2) some of the birds, (3) the saying and (4) most of the stuff to the right of 6 feet.I am 82, retired engineer, and I found the instructions adequate but not totally clear. The toilet-paper-thin templates were useless on our two-level surface. In fact, I doubt they would be useful on a flat surface. Impossible to get the folds out and make the templates lie flat. Additionally, as I understand the instructions, you are to tape them flat against the wall, remove the cutout for the next piece you want to install then paste the piece in the resultant hole in the template. I ended up taping the template next to the area I was working and using it for reference only. Warning! If you do sloppy work this method may result in an unsatisfactory installation as your pattern wanders. Be careful! In my case, the installation took about 6 hours and we are more than pleased with the result. The pieces are almost perfectly laser cut, peel easily, stick well and are easily removed (be careful) to change the placing. As for the leaf color, the stark contrast with the white background, black limbs and green leaves results in a visual feast - quite beautiful and electrifying.

So beautiful
I loved this project. Took 2 afternoons but it was fun. If you have patience and can follow a pattern, I recommend it. I don't think you can wing it so you need to follow the instructions.
