Easy to use, and effective. User-friendly assambleing, bit daubt in built quality. But batter than some local products.I am not happy with the packing, alomost the box was opened.

The product is good for floor cleaning. The quality is also excellent. The size of bucket is also big. The mop is also excellent and smooth for cleaning

Different colour item sent, which is of inferior quality
There are two different coloured, the turquoise blue was of very good quality which we used for a long time with ease....but the bright blue which we ordered after the first one broke turned out to be of very poor quality as the spinning was very rigid hence please replace with what we ordered originally or refund the amount

Waste of money
The mop gets stuck on the triangle thing when you try to rinse it. The mop is slanted when you try to spin it and I had to keep fixing it with my hand to keep in the spin side of the bucket. Absolute waste of money. Threw out after one use.
