I am NOT paid to write reviews for anyone. This review comes from my personal experience and based off of actual FACTS that you can research for yourself.I've been a musician for 20 years and a guitar technician for 15 and in that time I have used almost every brand cable on the market and each brand claimed that there cables were the "best" and nobody can match them and blah blah blah. The thing about cable companies is they promise you the moon and end up giving you cheese. Brands like Live Wire, Monster, Planet Waves, Magomi, etc... they all market their stuff to make it seem like something that in reality it's not and claim all these things they can't prove or show. My Star Sound instrument cable is just as good as all the overpriced snake oil brands like Monster, Live Wire and etc.. With this cable you are able to make your own studio quality cables. I recommend Neutrik professional connectors or Switchcraft connectors and this cable cause together they make for a great high quality cable that would end up costing you 80 to 100 dollars if you were to buy it from the store by some other overpriced brand. Make your own with this cable and you'll save hundreds of dollars. Don't fall for all the hype of other cables. This cable is 95% shielded, 20AWG, OFC with a wholesale price. With those specs alone should tell you this is equal to if not better than what people are being scammed into throwing their money away on now days.

I would put this cable up against any like domestic or foreign cable. I use with G&H Plugs.

Sounds as good as other big name cables- easy to work with nice thick rubber jacket - Im loving making my own cables for a fraction of the cost of some others

Works ok for pedal board patches. Doesn't seem to hold up well when moved much, after about six gigs have already broke four cables.
