Although many people seem to be unaware of it, Good Morning America did a piece on this product back when Charlie Gibson was still one of the co hosts in 1999, I think. This product will help reset the inner ear when you travel and ease jet lag. It has a naturally occurring enzyme that resets the inner ear. Our household has been taking it since 1999 and we use it every time we cross more than four time zones. You take it first thing in the morning when arriving in the new time zone and do so for the next two days. So headed to Europe from the US you take it before you land (when the flight attendants offer you juice or coffee) and first thing in the morning for the next two days. Then you take it the first three mornings when you return home. We found that instead of losing that first day in the new time zone we manage to make it just fine. Often we have a short nap before dinner and then are good to go into the evening.

I've purchased two boxes of these. But when I went to open the second foil (of three) in the first box, I discovered the first bubble wa empty---and then that the remains nine pill bubbles were empty. Ok,I thought, I'll just return the one box. Then I discovered they are not eligible for return. What gives? Overall, I like the effect of them. The 10 mg is just enough for me. But there seems to be do way to remedy this situation.

I was looking for supplements that could help out with vasovagal syncope/autonomic nervous system disfunction. I’ve taken this for four days and have already had much worse symptoms. I’ve had more headaches, more instances of presyncope and nearly passed out twice. This has completely sapped my energy as well. I can’t believe this made my symptoms so much worse in just four days. I do not recommend this product at all.

I took this a few days and didn’t notice a difference

40yo male, 210lb. I took ENADA 10X religiously first thing when I woke up for 30 days. I even added Now NADH 10mg for the last two weeks for a total of 20 mg/d NADH but saw no improvement in my tiredness or getting over the mid-day slump. No increase in energy while working out and no extra mental clarity. Once I ran out of ENADA, I rolled right into 30 mg/d of NADH. Still nothing. Going to try the more study proven and bio-available precursor NMN. Currently eyeing ProHealth NMN Pro Complete - Uthever.
