Excellent, solved my issues of finding a thumb ring that fit!
Love it, needs a shallow hook but it solved my issues with being unable to find a thumb ring that fit without hurting.

Does the Job, slightly awkward at first.
Compared to using thumb pull without a ring, the leather binding makes it awkward grabbing the string at first because it pretty much forces you to pull on the ring itself with your finger instead of fully curling your thumb to grab your thumb nail. This is probably a good thing though.I do sometimes have concerns that the string might snag on the leather as I'm releasing if I don't flick my thumb out fast enough, but it hasn't been a problem so far. The wrist cord and toggles are great for keeping the ring attached to you even if it gets pulled off your thumb while firing. The back of the ring/leather binding does dig into your knuckle on your thumb, so I wouldn't say it is totally "pain free". It doesn't really hurt, just uncomfortable. Better than ripping your thumb off at higher draw weights though I suppose.

Good idea but didn't work for me
I liked the idea and shot fairly decently with it, but even with making adjustments and trimming the leather some, it still slipped and was very uncomfortable to use. I may take it apart and remove some of the metal on the sides to see if I can get a better fit. The plain leather thumb ring I use works great.

Neat device
I had always wanted to try one of these, i generally use a mechanical release but this gave the feeling of finger drawing without the discomfort or strain on the fingers.

Have not used it yet but it would seem to be right

Shoot like Genghis Khan!
I got this fir my son who enjoys archery because I had read that the Mongols used their thumbs to draw their recurve bows in order to be able to pull more quickly and deeply from horseback. He’s hooked. It actually is much more effective and reduces fatigue in your hands. This is very well made and should last for years. I absolutely recommend it.

Initial impression is good
I’m new to thumb shooting, so I don’t have much to compare to. I seem to get a good release with it and it seems to be made well enough. I think I will like it and for the price it’s worth a try.

Mongolian horseback archer release
I had seen the unique way in which the Mongolian archers used to shoot (using their thumb as a release rather than their fingers) and I was intrigued. A couple of days later I saw this thumb release pop up so I decided to give it a try.It does take some getting used to and I'm still not proficient with the thumb positioning, but it's pretty neat to draw back and you can feel the way the arrow is retained by the your thumb and fingers.
