The quality of the finish was much better than. The paint
I bought one two years ago. The quality of the finish was much better than. The paint, the material, and the finish feels much cheaper, despite the same photo.

Overall its a nice looking nice walker here are my instructions on how to open and close it .....
Mine too arrived with the product box smushed and full of holes with parts of the walker sticking out, the outer amazon box was fine. There are no small parts that can get lost, there were no instructions tho at all but being very mechanically minded i figured it out. The cotter pins that hold the legs in locked position were very hard to put in mostly because the plastic end cap had got smushed in and i need a philips head screwdriver to push thru the hole to push the plastic out of the way. the pins do have a safety wire to keep them from coming out and a bright orange strap so you wont loose them. and to get the front wheels into position you have unscrew then rescrew in the knob after positioning them its tedious. its is like the pictures except the cross bars are not blue but black which is ok maybe better that way but the upright support and leg bars are the same blue shown in the pix.Overall it looks nice and kinda futuristic compared to others but "lightweight" oh no its not i could barely lift or move it side to side, but then im very weak hence one need for it. The wheels seem kinda big and think i would be better if the rear wheels would also pivot.Instructions: to open it and lock it in place you spread apart the handles then with either hand on either side of the seat push down till the locks click in place and the seat is taught to fold grab handle on seat only and lift up this disengages the locks and folds the seat that is a nice feature then sort of push the sides tighter together then you can easily store it in a vehicle or against a wall when not in use.you dont really need to unlock and rotate the wheel bars thats only for when you want to store it in a smaller space for an extended time could have come with a carrying / storage duffle bag i guess...one big caveat there is a dangerous flaw with all walkers but maybe more so with this one if the big front pivoting wheels are angled back inwards and you were to sit far back in the seat and then lean back the whole walker COULD roll out from under you causing you to fall backward and crack your skull on the ground!!! so make sure when sitting that the wheels are sticking out forwards if possible and never lean backwards to far but always sort of lean forwards towards the rear wheels and be aware of this danger.Overall its a nice looking nice walker maybe about $10 to $20 too high but for me personally im 5'8" 160 so its really too big and too heavy for me, I think they build these for heavy 300 lb people thinking disabled people are fat but most are actually very small thin people like older ladies so maybe they need to start making them in 2 or 3 sizes??!

DO NOT BUY THIS ROLLATOR/WALKER!
Foldable Lightweight Euro Style Rollator WalkerThe walker arrived today in a timely manner, 2 days after we purchased it for an elderly relative. I should have known better than to buy an item with only 4 reviews! However, since it had the same appearance as other very well-reviewed walkers, merely a lower price, I just assumed it would be fine. I guess, at least in this case, you get what you pay for ($129)!My lesson learned is that you REALLY never should judge a book by its cover. It may look the same, but the folding and unfolding process is so complicated and time-consuming that we would never fold it down fully. That would have been only a minor disappointment, however, if only the walker legs would at least snap into place appropriately. The buttons (that are supposed to secure the legs once unfolded) either didn't protrude through the holes AT ALL, or they were so stiff it was impossible to push them in for folding.I should have realized when it was delivered in a shabby, light-weight box (which was ripped from stem to stern in several places) that this was not going to go well. Both my husband and I are very handy people, who have built half our house almost single-handedly, so we are unaccustomed to experiencing any significant difficulty in assembling products. This was either poorly designed, engineered or assembled: unfortunate, since the quality of the materials seemed fine..We are returning it - though without a usable box, HOW we will accomplish that remains to be seen!

This is funny, but we never got stopped and asked so ...
This is funny, but we never got stopped and asked so many questions on a product like this one. What I like this new improved walker is that it has an easy to collapse system for the rear wheels, since the previous one did not and it was a bit difficult to deal with it. It runs great, very light and the wheels are big enough to go through any terrain without an problem. This is the second we got for family members who have difficulty walking and they love it.

could be better
still is big looking because of longer back legs. They could improve with adjustable telescoping back legs. because those back legs could also cause a fall especially at nights; too long; consider to recall and have an adjustable back legs

Light weight easy to fold up and still seamingly very sturdy. I weigh just under 200 lbs and am 6 feet tall and unit fits me just fine. If I weighed a bunch more maybe not work so well bright blue is easy to spot in herd of walkers
