I would have given it a 5
For the price which was about 35/40 dollars less than others it’s a really cute knee scooter, I had foot surgery so when I got tired of wearing the boot I would use the scooter around the house, it was fun to tool around on it. Now for the not so good part, the brace at the base of the handle that holds the wheel axle in place, I couldn’t get it tight enough to keep the wheels in place. The bar kept sliding back and forth after about 10 minutes of off and on use it would loosen up making the wheel placement off balance. I tried everything, but it just wouldn’t clamp down tight enough to keep the bar centered. Other than that , which is kind of major if you wanted to use this outside the house, it’s a cute scooter.

Front axel slide-see below. Manufacturer helped! Good price. Better than walker!
Watch that the front axel hasn’t unhooked as you are tightening. This is what causes the axel to slide. Manufacturer reminded me and they were right! While tightening it the clamp wasn’t in the groove anymore. It holds and looks like it’s on but it’s not correct. You can do it if I did!Bought for my spouse who has an ankle injury and cancer. Despite being physically disabled and having had a heart attack recently I got it together. Using is physically challenging for my husband but if he progresses it will allow him to get into the bathroom safely. (Wheelchair won’t fit doorways.)He is 5’7” and he’s using the leg rest on lowest setting. Manipulating the locks is a struggle. Physical therapy say you need adequate strength and balance and not to use on uneven/outdoor surfaces.

Wheels are Inefficient
Swapped the wheels for another set from another scooter my wife was using a few years ago. Made a very big difference. Bearings and tire material were superior on the donor. Other than that, I think the pouch on front is far easier as an open basket. Personal preference

Great scooter on a budget
For the price of a month's rental, you can own this scooter. It is pretty nifty. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Maneuverability is good. Lots of 4 or 5 point turns but easy to tap or kick out the seat part to where you need it to go if you're in a small space. I had foot surgery and completely non weight bearing for 3 weeks. I have a slight issue with one of my break locks being harder to press down but it works. Also, I wish there was a simpler way to lock the wheels. For example, if you bring it to the restroom, when you try to get off the toilet, you need to use it for leverage if you are non weight bearing but if you accidentally forgot to lock it, you must be really careful getting up or it will roll away. The only way to lock it is to press down both handles and both lock buttons at the same time and thats hard to do when youre not actually on it. So you have to lock it before you sit down, and then it's hard to move from out in front of you if it's locked. Also, I wish the netting on the sides were a bit more stretchy. All it can do is hold a phone. It would be nice if they were big enough to hold a drink. Right now I'm limited to drinks In bottles because I don't want it to spill in the bag compartment. Also the bag is very nice feature but I recommend a basket because a basket would allow for bigger things like plates or containers of food. The bag is very limiting to the kinds of things you can carry. But.... if you go slow, it is possible to carry a plate of food in one hand and steer the scooter in the other. My husband says it is a tad bit difficult to fold up and unfortunately it is a bit too big to fit in the passenger seat of a car (mine anyways- 2006 Nissan Sentra) that means it must go in trunk but if you are able to drive, you will need to find someway to walk to the trunk to get it out.

Great for the price. It was cheaper to purchase than to rent for 8 weeks.
Overall, a really good knee scooter. It's been a lifesaver, since I can't seem to get the hang of crutches. I took away a star for two reasons; One, I agree with many of the reviews that the padding could be better. I have no knee issues at all, but after a while, it gets sore! Maybe higher density foam? Two, it maneuvers great on smooth tile or hardwood floors, so so on carpeted area and not well at all on a parking lot. Would I buy again? Absolutely!

Sturdy
Got it for a friend so she wouldn’t have to spend so much time in a wheelchair. It’s easier for her to go out of her apartment. She now gets to enjoy going to restaurants and stores again without worrying if she can get the chair in or not.

As described. Easy assembly. A lifesaver!
This has been a lifesaver for me! I live alone and after breaking 3 bones in my foot using crutches was not an easy task. I ordered this and it arrived the next day! Put it together and have been zipping around the house with ease!
