AUTLEY USB WiFi Adapter, 300Mbps 2.4GHz USB Wireless Network Adapter WiFi Dongle for Windows XP/Vista/7/8.1/10 Mac OS 10.4-10.9

Arrived promptly and in great condition. Upon plugging in to my Windows 10 desktop, it worked without needing to install drivers. I have a decent sized home, my router on the complete opposite end of the house as well as on my first floor while I am on the second floor. I find that my speeds are better than most wireless adapters I have used and can handle quite a bit of heavy downloading traffic. I am easily able to stream from Spotify, as well as download from Steam/Origin/uPlay all at once while also browsing the internet. Obviously, it is still WiFi and you won't be getting the same speeds as being connected via Ethernet but this product has made me rethink the quality of WiFi and I suggest this to anyone looking for a strong signal especially if you are at a fairly long distance from your wireless router.

We received the autley wireless-N USB adapter in the mail in a plastic package inserted into a padded envelope with plenty of shipping padding.Inside the plastic packaging there is a small mini-disc for installing the dongle drivers onto my laptop and desktop. We already have wireless capabilities on the laptop and the desktop preinstalled, however, the dongle has increased the range of my laptop significantly. I can still connect and use my home WI-FI several hundred feet down the road from our house.I've been looking into the capabilities and possible uses for my new dongle and I'm super excited to work on turning it into a personal wi-fi hotspot on the go...which is perfect since I work on the road a lot.Overall, so far I'm very happy with the purchase of the wifi dongle. I was surprised with how far away I was able to still use our home wifi on the first use. Very clear signal as well. And the price was pretty much unbeatable. Will definitely be checking out other Autley products and recommending this particular dongle to my friends.

I've received three of these in the course of trying to find one that works properly. The first worked well for two days, and then died without warning. The replacement I received had a warped USB head which prevented it from being inserted into my USB drive. Finally, the one I'm using now has been working flawlessly. I pay for 75Mbps, but my wireless card would only reach ~30 on its own. With this, I can consistently get 80+.Even though I had trouble with the first two, the customer support is fantastic-- fast to respond/replace and was very easy to deal with. For a $10 device, I didn't expect as much help as I received. Despite the issues I had at first, I would recommend this product and (unless this device lasts an extraordinarily short amount of time) will purchase again if needed.

Bought for a 2009 MacBook Pro whose WiFi chipset died suddenly. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the Mac-specific config issues: 1. I needed an external DVD drive to use with the mini-CD disc which contains the driver. 2. The manual only discusses Windows. There are Mac release notes, but no instructions. Fortunately, after a bit of waiting and looking around, I noticed a WiFi icon was in the status bar, clicked on it, and selected my Access Point. Unlike the first USB WiFi I bought from another manufacturer, this one provides reasonable download and upload speeds.

I don’t get full speed like on my other wifi devices but i suspect it’s due to older USB ports. I think they are USB 2.0 and im not sure where that speed caps off. I am only getting 4 to 5 Mbps vs 20 to 30 on ipad, phone and xbox. But before buying this i was only getting 1.8mbs using pc’s internal wifi. So it helped!

This WIFI Adapter is exactly as stated. That being said the WIFI is a little slower than I prefer which is why I gave it 4 stars. I have had this for 3 months and still works. I believe this is a smart purchase if you want an item like this at a good price. Shipping, as always with Amazon, was fast.

Works fine, very easy to use. If there was any installation it did it in the background because it never asked to install anything. All it needed was the WiFi password.

with the correct software, this works great!! I cannot wait to utilize it while on vacation!
