I brought 2 of these batteries from Amazon.com for a Sanyo Xacti VPC-CG102 video camera. I am having excellent results using these batteries. I recommend these batteries to anyone who want to have a couple of spares for their video camera. Great batteries at a great price. I will buy them again and again.

It looks the same as the original DB-L80 that came with my Sanyo Xacti, and it fits in the slot fine, and it recharges and powers up.... But the charge last a much shorter period than the original battery. I will use it as an emergency extender, but now I have to buy a real Sanyo battery to supplement this one. Disappointing.

I got these batteries (TWO...so it is just not an 'odd out' glich battery I am reporting on! so that I would not have to depend on my 700 Mah stock battery in my Sanyo CG10 vid cam. These Tekiro 1000 mah batts should be at LEAST as long lasting and last even longer than a 700 Mah. BUT...the stock 700 Mah battery FAR outlasted either of the two brand new 1000 mah batts from Tekiro.In tests where each was brought to full charge(using same charger on all); then setting camera in on position until the power went out(no extra functions added like macro or zoom that eat up power faster) the longest I got out of either Tekiro battery was 37 mins! Whereas the year old used many times Sanyo 700 Mah stock batt yielded 1 hour and 30 to 40 odd minutes!!!!In actual working conditions(camera mounted on a tripod and be moving in front of it(camera is then using auto focus functions and so more power then)I could not get more than 15 minutes(and that is being KIND)out of either of the Tekiro batteries. Whereas the stock Sanyo gave me over 45 minutes record time.It got may attention that Tekiro/or sellers of this battery send several pieces of literature with these batteries practically begging us to contact them'about any problems' before leaving feedback. As if they KNOW such incidence is high and they want to both sell bad batts and escape the natural consequences of. Too Bad. Had it been ONE bad battery I would have filled out the little 'monkey card' and waited to see if they would send me another battery. BUT I bought TWO and they are BOTH TERRIBLE.I bought batteries (for another camera)on the same day(from GoPro) and No such problem occured with. Nor did I get any 'monkey cards' trying to keep me from reporting/reviewing their product.I cannot recommend these batteries AT ALL. Total waste of my money. Amazon needs to dump this product.

I purchased two of these spare batteries when I purchased my Xacti camcorder, expecting to deplete them multiple times every weekend at my kids' sporting events. The good thing, is they do work in my camera, The disapointing thing is even though they say they are 1000mAh, these dont last as long as the brand name battery that came with the camcorder, and the camera only came with a 700mAh bettery. One of them lasts pretty well, the other must have a dead cell in it, because it lasts about 5 minutes and goes dead everytime. Cant even video one wrestling match that lasts between 5 and 6 minutes, let alone a soccer game. Nothing worse than getting to the end of an exciting wrestling match and battery going dead.

I AM VERY PLEASED BY THIS PRODUCT AND I MUST SAY THAT IT DOES NOT RENDER THE SAME 30 MINUTES OF FULL 1080P HIGH DEFINITION THAT GIVES THE ORIGINAL BUT RATHER GIVES 22 MINUTES OF IT AND INSTEAD OF 200 PICTURES IT GIVES 130 ALL AND ALL WHEN I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT I PAID 11 DOLLARS NOW IS VERY EXPENSIVE BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO IF YOU WANT T GET THIS PRODUCT PAY 19.99 IF YOU MUST BUT KNOW THAT YOU WILL WANT 2 OR THREE OF THESE GREAT BATTERY OVERALL!!!!!

I got this battery for my  Sanyo VPC-CG102 High Definition Camcorder and 14 MP Camera w/12x Optical Zoom . It lasts me about 2 and a half hours per charge, and while many may complain about that not being much, it is nevertheless more than double the life of the Sanyo's stock battery. I simply carry both batteries with me at all times, which brings my total recording time up to about 5 hours. Now, that is certainly an amazing perk to get for just $9.

This rechargeable battery is supposedly rated at 1100 mAh. The battery that came with my Sanyo camcorder is rated at 700 mAh, yet it (the Sanyo battery) lasts almost twice as long per charge as this Zeikos battery. I have returned the battery to the seller, and received a replacement. Yep, you guessed it! It behaved just like the first one! THIS ZEIKOS BATTERY IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Buy it at your own risk, but prepared to be disappointed.

This is an obscure battery, difficult at best to locate. I was very pleased to see it at a very reasonable price, as opposed to the price Sanyo has for the brand name battery. In addition, I was very pleased at the response time in which I received the batteries. Geat service, great buy!
