EssieNail Polish Gel (170 Beauty Nap)

Great quality polish, goes on smooth, dries quickly and STAYS ON - didn't have to repaint or touch up for about a week on my hands, a few weeks on my toes.

Christmas gift for daughter - she absolutely loves this product line.

I purchased this polish in 'Beauty Nap' and I love the colour, it is great for a spring transition. My big issue with this polish is the brush, it was too large for my nails and it picked up too much product. The stem of the brush is twisted like the bottle and this made it so, even when I thoroughly wiped the brush of excess polish, more ran down soon after. It made for an uneven application and I had to apply 3 coats on some nails. I have been wearing it for a few days now and there are no chips, and I have been doing things with my hands that would chip a lesser nail polish. I love the colour selection for this polish, and if it stands up to the wear and tear I put my nails through I will definitely be trying out some of the other colours, and hopefully getting a hang of the brush so I can get a better application next time.

Only three stars because the color on the nail is very different from the swatch. I was looking for a light mint green and got darker seafoam (that seems nitpicky, but I hate seafoam and I love mint!) BUT it goes on so easy! The brush is awesome and the formula is smooth. I will purchase other colors of the same line. Beware though: if you decide to do three coats, it will smudge more easily for hours after.

LOVE THIS POLISH! It actually wears at least 3 weeks on me. I am not easy on nail polish either. My job is hard on my hands and this stuff stays in place and does not chip. I love that I no longer need to place my hand under a light to get that kind of wear.
