Can i use this with a dermaroller?

You can use this after using a derma roller that has 0.3mm needles or less.  Do not use after using a derma roller that has needles 0.5mm or longer, because then it would go into your system.  Wait at least an hour for the micro channels (tiny wounds) to close.  I have read the book by Dr. Lance Setterfield, an expert in microneedling, and he advises using *only* high molecular weight hyaluronic acid with needles 0.5mm or longer.  Luckily, Asterwood sells a great hyaluronic acid serum.  Hope this helps :)

Did those help with texture of the face ?

Having just purchased the product, it is really  too early for me to make that determination as I just purchased it -- in hopes of "retexturing" also. Let's just say that I am optimistically hopeful. I do like its application -- clear, not oily, and not too runny. I put a few drops to my fingertip and apply it to my face and neck with my finger. A little goes a long way. In addition to the Matryxl 3000 / hyaluronic acid serum, I also use a personal microdermabrasion device, 30% glycolic acid, occasional derma rolling, and prescription strength Retin A to resurface the skin on my face. My skin has begun "glow" and enlarged pores do appear to have been drastically minimized. Although I am certain that this product works fine, I am curious about the latest Matryxl product (that I believe ends with a six) on the market and will probably try that one when the one I have runs out. I have just ordered a 10% TCA peel that I will "buffer" with the 30% glycolic acid and am certain that addition to my regimen will do the trick. My only concern with the product is the hyaluronic acid -- that i have bought separately and used many times previously. I recently read -- but have not verified by research -- that its molecules are too big (like colligen) to effectively penetrate the skin, but I do not belive that will pose a big problem for me since I exfoliate at least twice a week. Hoping this helps.

Can this be used under makeup as well ?

I always apply sunscreen over it and then my makeup but I think it would be fine to just put your makeup over it.  It's very lightweight and absorbs nicely.  HTH:-)
