Im a male runner who runs on a treadmill an average of 12km daily.I have had this nipple chaffing problem for a very long time and this product really helped me out a lot.I do have a very hairy chest but i don't mind them.I would like to point one thing that i have become over sensitive if i run without this product. I will bleed automatically after just 2km.nonetheless still an amazing product.

These are a must have for any runner! I was constantly having issues with chafing, especially in the winter. I looked online for solutions and came across NipEaze and decided to give them a shot and boy am I glad I did! I've had 0 chafing since I've purchased them and I couldn't be happier. I sweat a LOT and they always stay on, no matter how long I run or how much I sweat. I got the biggest size (1") and they're a little small, so unless you have tiny areolas, I highly suggest you get the 1" size.

Normally I'd baulk at paying a premium for a product that's very close to cheap bandaid. However, these work exceptionally well, and stay affixed for long periods of time and do not leave behind the adhesive residue that some bandaid brands do. I can put them on before a night run, and they last long enough that I can leave em on over night, and wake the next morning for a quick run. On occasion, I'd even forget I still had them on. They do not trap moisture, and rarely fall off during a run. Men (and some women) may want to trim hair a bit for better adhesion - although you can get away with not bothering.Oh yeah, and you end up not looking like Ed Helms from the 5k - Office episode either. They are discreet.
