ROUTER BIT SET - 15 piece 1/4" inch Shank CARBIDE TIP Deluxe Aluminum Case New

I finally got a chance to use these bits after buying them last year. They come in a nice case with the bit type and finish style clearly marked at each bit. Unfortunately the bits don't always stay firmly in the case holder so be careful you don't toss the case around or they will fall out and can end up damaging itself and other bits by banging around inside the case. Beyond that, the bits were sharp and easily cut through the wood and made nice shapes as you would expect from any router bit.

Would definitely recommend as a starter set. I bought this to go with a new router. The blades seems sharp, and they have held up really nicely with some trim work and some softer pine boards. The bit I used on walnut seemed to dull a bit after about 20feet worth of routing, so it slows me down a bit but is still working well. This is a great starter set, then I plan to spend more on a few specific bits which I use on a lot of hardwoods.

Two part reviewThe bits are nice, they leave clean cuts. I run them at a higher RPM and take my time with the wood, allowing the bits to do the work instead of my arms and the bits look like they will last a long time.The case is not very good, but you are not buying this for the case. The bits were loose in the case, put them back in and set it on the shelf. Don't see it being an issue in the future.

I received the item from Amazon promptly so their service was super. The bits themselves seem to be ok although I have not used it. The outside of the case was nice. The rack holdings the bits was a wreck. It is glued to some type of sponge material that was glued to the inside of the case. The had ripped away from the glued sponge material. The labels that shows the bits were also unglued and just flopping around inside the case. So the presentation when you open the case looked like a tornado had gone through the case. The bits are cheap so I guess it doesn't matter. Looks like whatever Chinese company assembled this kit has no quality control...but it is cheap cheap cheap....that's what we get for outsourcing everything....

The bit are awesome - well made and very sharp. They are holding their edge very well. The diversity of bits is well suited to the router work that I'm doing. The outer case is strong and latches well. Unfortunately the bit holders on the inside of the case came loose after a few days due to insufficient or poor quality glue. Still giving the product 5 stars because of the quality of the bits

Bought this thinking it was priced good. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for"! The bearings on the bits do not last and you can't get replacements apparently unless you buy another set. Product is bad and the customer service was worse. DO NOT BUY!

i have only used one bit so far, but that one was sharp and so far does not show signs of being dull.. i used it to cut about 10 feet of material all told. the case is one of the best parts as it is metal and sturdy.

Good set of bits for the price. Carbide is relatively thin vs. more expensive bits, but quality seems good, no problems with the bits I have used so far.
