I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. I have it mounted on my golf cart to hold my Garmin GPS while on the course and have no concern of it coming off and losing my $400 golf toy. However, I remove it when folding my cart and have lost the plastic nut that secures the "holder" to the base not once, but twice. I found it the next day the first time but it was lost for good the second time. This in no way detracts from the quality or performance of the device...both times were on me. I just put this in the comment section to forewarn users to MAKE SURE you screw the plastic nut on securely when done or else you will be ordering another mount just to get the plastic nut. Alphonso is the support manager and will answer any questions or address any concerns post haste.

Works perfectly on my mountain bike!
I have a 2015 Rockhopper Comp mountain bike with the original handlebar. My new phone mount fits perfectly. It is adjustable to different diameters & has rubber protectors which also keep the mount from sliding around. I've taken several falls (the joys of mountain biking) and my phone has stayed snug & secure each time. I like that it came with extra silicone holders, although I haven't needed to use them, yet.

Simple but Confusing.....
Doesn't have any clear instructions how to put it together just a piece of paper in the box with a diagram. Nor does it have instructions what/how the other "free" items are used....didn't use. Since it was cheap I didn't bother to send it back.

"Best Bike Mount Holder" is Right!
I just purchased this bike mount phone holder and love it! My cell phone case doubles as a wallet and this holder was able to securely hold my wallet/phone combo as well as make sure my items inside were secure. I also enjoyed that I can make it wider and it adjusts to my other devices, if needed. It comes with two silicone nets, which I wasn't expected and was an added bonus. Overall, I really have been happy with this product and would recommend it to others!
