This is probably my favorite controller.
Pros--- This controller has -excellent- input. It's better than either SCUF I own, and is at least on par with an XBOX Elite controller as far as input goes. The sticks are super snappy and the button presses are very easy to confirm.- If you use it for more traditional games, it also has the best d-pad input I have had on a controller in years. PS4 controllers can be ambiguous when pressing up/down/left/right if you press too hard (it read's as a diagonal), but I haven't had that issue with this controller at all.- The buttons and sticks all feel very comfortable to use as well.- The programmable paddles on the back are wonderful and super easy to use, and the plate that acts as the paddles can be removed easily with no tools. They are almost too easy to press though (see below).- This controller works very well for Steam games using steam's controller software. You need to add the game to your steam library if it isn't a steam game, but then you can make customized button loadouts for each game.- Aesthetically, the controller is beautiful. The faceplates are better looking in real life than the pictures on Amazon can really show, and they don't impede the functionality of the controller at all. Some potential downsides for some people though.- First off, the buttons and sticks feel great, but they are loud for a controller. The material choices for the buttons and especially the sticks make a lot of noise when you are playing with the controller. This isn't that bad but it can be distracting or inconsiderate if people that live with you want some quiet.- Second, this is a feature-light controller. It is wired only, it has no audio ports, it has no rumble features, it has no motion control. It is -just- a controller. This will make it not work well or at all with some games.- Kind of related to the above, the controller is super light because it doesn't have a lot of the internals we associate with controllers in modern times. That bothers some people!- The paddle-style buttons on the back are super easy to press. Like, you will do it accidentally by grasping the controller tightly. They are wonderful for playing more relaxed games, but I map at least one of them to something useless when I play a fighting game or something else that will get me excited and grappling my controller. This is barely a negative because you can map the buttons to an unused input (like pressing in the sticks) or just remove the back plate that makes them buttons at all.- The controller comes with a 10 foot cable, but I would recommend buying your own just because modern fabric wrapped cables feel better and put up with abuse better than more old-school rubbery outsides. This is possibly just my preference, and is also barely a downside because it COMES with a 10 foot cable so you can still sit on your couch while you game.- On a switch, I haven't found a way to turn the console on with this controller. Like, once the console is active, it responds well and you can do anything a pro controller would do. But for some reason I can't wake the console out of sleep. So this cannot be your only controller, if it comes down to it! But the switch console does come with a joy con set.Overall, I think the pros of this controller massively outweigh the cons. I like to play fighting games competitively, so finding controllers that have very good input matters a lot to me. If you want a controller for just playing casual video games on your couch, this might not be the best controller because it is missing features the Pro has, and the lack of wireless is pretty big. But if you highly value smooth controls and accurate input, this is the best controller I've held in years.P.S. Also, I've owned this for almost a year and have used it often. The controller hasn't degraded at all.

Fantastic Controller for Price.
Love it. Looks great, works great and looks even better in person. As a Zelda fan I very much approve.
