Fitleader FC3 Wall Mounted to 24" on-center Stud Upper Body Heavy Duty Pull Up Chin Up Bar Black

Well packaged for delivery, even with bashed corners from transit, the heavy bars stayed contained and unscathed. Installation was straightforward with the hardware supplied. I mounted mine to a 3/4 piece of plywood that I then mounted to three wall studs with 5/8" x 3.5" lag bolts. It supports well over 200lbs. The pullup bar is two piece, which is fine, aids in shipping and ensuring there is some compliance to make it all bolt together (line-up holes). I wrapped the insert bar with electrical tape so it fits snug in the bar-end and does not rattle. No complaints, I would buy again and recommend to friends.

Solid, high quality design and top notch hardware. My only complaint is I wish it extended about 7-8 more inches from the wall (currently only 9-10 inches out). To compensate, I had to invest in another $50 in wood and lag bolts to built away from the wall so my feet or knees wouldn’t hit and provide the option to reverse my position w back against the wall (for abb/core exercises).

I purchased this specific pull up bar so it could be mounted inside a walk-in closet in the bathroom. Out of sight - per my wife's request. The frame appears sturdy and I have bolted both brackets to the frame of the door -- my problem is the crossbar is made of three pieces -- two that get screwed onto the brackets and one female/female sleeve that are intended to mate horizontal handle in the middle. The problem is that this sleeve is not long enough to receive each handle. I went to the hardware store to try and customize a pipe to fit - but have had no luck locating the correct inner diameter to "lengthen" the crossbar. Clearly this pull up bar can only be mounted to a wall and not a door frame. BEWARE -- it will not work on a door frame. If anyone knows of a place to acquire specific metal rods -- please chime in - I will purchase to make this work. Thanks

Read the measurements and measure your studs before buying. Good for concerts or brick walls. You gonn have to drill. Comes with 2/3 different screws. It’s pritty solid

There is not enough room between the bar and wall. I do t even use the 2 I purchased. I hang my TRX from them now:/

So far I'm impressed. It's heavy duty, comes with lag bolts and washers, and is not too hard to mount. It needs a custom installation as it doesn't fit standard 16" studs, so I mounted two 36" 2x8s to the wall with lag bolts and fender washers, and mounted the pull-up bar to that. I'll update if I have any problems.

Great for my homemade gym. I'm not using it as a chin-up bar, but rather as a high point to attach resistance bands to. The small rings on the underside allow me to hook resistance band carabiners to it and use for back and tricep exercises.

My only complain is that the hand grips are a little big and slippery. I'm 6' about 190 pounds and have a hard time with the hand grips. I was hoping my son and wife could use it but it's even more difficult for them. Will likely need to use gloves to help... Otherwise it's very solid/well built.
