Best Keto bread
Keto is fabulous for losing weight and keeping it off but the diet does involve a lot of 'from scratch' home cooking. Psyllium husk is essential to most of our meals. Great product, grat price

Good for your gut
NKD psyllium husk is better value. Other sellers offer smaller packs for the same money or more. A tablespoonful taken with a cup of juice in the morning helps to keep you regular and is helpful for your gut flora and fauna.

Bought for health reasons as it is good for bowels. Not easy to mix and the taste is not very nice but it works and is gentle on the system
