Bad chip in color cartridge
I just now put the color carting my printer (didn't need it until now...the black works great) and it doesn't work at all. I'm thinking it has a bad chip in it. Can the seller please contact me?

No ink in the cartridge!!
I have purchase these cartridges as I am an ex-pat and can not get the HP664 in the country where I live. I work as a teacher, so I have a lot of printing to do for my students. I recently made this purchase, after waiting three weeks for it to arrive (standard amount of time due to shipping and customs, etc), I was excited to be able to finally get things printed again.I printed a TOTAL of 25 black and white pages. I printed ALL of the pages in grayscale with save ink/toner mode on. The cartridges are XL and should print up to 150 (+/-) pages. I tried taking the cartridge out and giving it a little shake, then returning it. NOPE. Not working. Still reading as ZERO black ink.The color cartridge holds up better, but I can not get everything to print in color to make up for the lack of B&W printing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be purchasing these cartridges from this company again.
