Owl Timer Mechanical Kitchen Timer,reminder (Blue)

Wanted to use this for help with time management with ADD...it's wonderful and does the job easily but it's very loud, which I guess is the point, haha, just can make kids (and adults) jump a little. If you're getting this for a small child or one with a mental health issue I'd just make sure they can handle such high volumes of noise rather than startling them. Otherwise, it does what it's suppose to with no faults.

Initially we thought this timer was broke when we got it. Then we realized we had to "wind it up." Bring it to 60 minutes, then put back to the minutes you want. And, presto! The adorable owl timer works perfectly.

Very cute, loved it! Broke it the first day I had it! Aahhhhh! Even after reading the warning about not turning the head too far, I still did by accident. There should be some sort of lines marking the Do Not Go Beyond This Point, point. Still cute, and still sitting by my stove.

Could never get it to work. It beeps at 20 minutes or some other random non-zero number. Tried everything to reset it. Bummer because it was cute, but complete waste of money.

Gift for great granddaughter.She loves it...sets time for getting dressed. Remind her to brush her teeth..extra little sleep time in the a.m...

Adorable and works great for the kid's bath/shower time so they are not in there forever.

Only issue is you can't read the numbers or see the minute marks as they are painted the same color as the head.
