The ladder is comprised of polyester straps and durable flat plastic rungs … it is rugged and the flat rungs mitigate the likelihood of tripping (even if cleats are worn). One nice benefit is that the adjustable rungs allow the ladder to accommodate different drill types or the size/skill of the user. The ends of the ladder straps each has a snap buckle attachment to connect additional ladders for additional, more elaborate drill patterns. The 10 orange cones are over 4.5” in diameter and slightly over 1.5” tall … they are made of a flexible and durable plastic and can be stepped-on and kicked without damaging them. My 12 year old daughter plays volleyball, basketball and lacrosse, she has been focusing on agility and explosiveness almost exclusively the last 3 months and this ladder/cone set have provided a new dimension to her training. While the single set is perfect for individual use, additional sets can be purchased and attached to create a longer ladder for team use.For agility and speed training, a ladder and cone set is a useful and affordable tool to have on hand. I like the durable design of the FENGDU LADDER and its ability to be adjusted and expanded. A worthy purchase for anyone, young and old, who wants to enhance their overall athletic ability.
