The dog can’t pull it off My hand because it’s very study and I am able to have a firm grip. I am amazed of how strong this is especially the handle. I went thru many because when the dog un expectedly pulls I loose grip and the handle hits the ground. Not this one.

The leash itself works great, but half the reason I bought this was for the bag dispenser which broke pretty quick and I haven’t been able to find any replacements online.

I thought this would break as soon as I used it because the leash seems so thin.I have an 80lb pit bull AND a German Shepard.Still in use.User should be careful as with any retractable leash.

I received the leash and love it, but the trash bag container didn’t come with the lid to close it, so it’s useless without it. :(

Works extremely smooth. Using with a 90 pound Alaskan Malmute which were breed to pull heavy loads and seem to be holding up fine even when we see a squirrel . The pause feature is an absolute must have.

The retract just broke after a few months.

Works fine but is a bit quick to retract and makes a grinding sound when it does compared to others I've had

I like the leash length and it’s easy to use. One thing I don’t like is the doggie bag holder falls off a lot
