I like the case a lot! Even though faux leather, it is very well-made and designed functionally. Great phone case with card holding areas and is affordably priced.

I needed to replace my previous cover. It was really worn out. Still functional but faded and worn. It was the blue one in this same product. It was time.So I looked around on Amazon for a case with features like this one. I found a few.But ultimately after reading many reviews on several, and seeing the various possible issues, I decided to stick with what has worked for a few years.The pen works fine and the magnets don’t interfere.My charger works and fits with this case.So I know how it performs and did not want to take a chance with a new case and possible annoying features or glitches.So I bought the same case for my same phone, but I chose black this time. It looks sleek and professional.I don’t need the crocodile pattern but it is a nice enough feature. It sets it apart in a sea of black phones at work. I can easily spot mine. No accidental swapping with colleagues.So I chose this same brand twice now after seeing so many to choose from on Amazon. Sometimes you have to stick with what works. Plus the price can’t be beat. It’s still a great deal like before.I would like to know though what leather this is sourced from.

I purchased a new Note 8 and tried out a few different cases.This case fit the phone well, but it's extremely thick material and fits very little in the wallet portion. I was unable to close the magnetic flap with only 2 cards in the "slots" and two folded bills in the money pouch. I also noticed that because of the thickness of the case, any cards place in the front slots pressed hard onto my phone screen. In the short time I tested this in my pocket, a single card left a small impression in my screen cover - I imagine this would quickly become permanent with more regular use.The magnetic flap being on the side of the case (instead of the front) seems like it would be convenient, but I found it got more in the way when holding the case open. Because there are two flaps, they either need to be joined and folded back (making the case thicker) or they need to be held out to the side (interfering with where I grip the phone).There's also a small metal "www" badge on the exterior of the case. It's not a _huge_ deal, but it's unnecessary and doesn't appear to be removable without damaging the exterior. I was hopeful that it might be applied with light glue and easily popped up, but that's not the case here.If this were purely a "look nice" case, it'd get 4 stars. As a wallet case it's virtually non-functional. I've given it 2 stars because it holds a phone and is patterned as advertised. If you're looking to carry anything other than a phone in this case, you're out of luck - try something else.Unrelated to the review, but a heads-up on the product: return shipping in the US for this ~$10 product is ~$7 USD. I used to enjoy trying a few products like this and choosing to keep only one, but as return prices keep increasing I'm much more likely to start hitting local stores instead of Amazon for this purpose. If you're looking a multiple cases like me, be careful about which vendors support free returns! Bummed to learn this the hard way.
