Great motherboard.
I ordered a Gigabyte B56M Aorus Pro AX to get my PC ready for Windows 11. After installing it, the computer would not boot up, and I had a black screen. I contacted Gigabyte tech support, and after some troubleshooting, they determined that it was most likely the motherboad. I contacted Amazon for a return and replacement. Amazon shipped me a new motherboard, which arrived the next day, and it is working great on my PC. Thank you Gigabyte for the great technical support, and to Amazon for the quick replacement.

Great Board
Great motherboard with solid power delivery. Flashed latest BIOS first thing. No issues. Has just enough features for a basic mATX gamer build using an 11400 and aftermarket air cooler (ID Cooling SE-914-XT). Gigabytes BIOS is consistent, offers plenty of tweaking options, and has great smart fan control. Quality of materials is high, board feels solid and well made.

Great Board, one issue
I’ve had this board for roughly 6 months now. Paired with a cheap graphics card (due to the shortage) as well as a i7-10700 with a single Western Digital M.2 drive. Board has given me zero issues until I decided to add another M.2 drive. The board does not recognize any M.2 drive in the top slot unless you are using a 11th gen intel processor

Great motherboard for i7 processor
I have just started my own work-from-home business and was faced with the decision to use a laptop or a desktop. Since I am a severe multi-tasker and love to have multiple monitors, I opted for a desktop. There's not a ton to be said about this motherboard other than the fact that it is very easy to install and works great with my i7 processor. The BIOS is decent and supports all the necessary pieces I need for my VM environment and Windows 11 when the time comes.

Splendid
The 1st M.2 slot heatsink was a pain to get on after intalling the drive. Aside from that (likely my error), this board is great. The flash/setup process was easier on this than it was on my z590. That's a win in my book.

Temperamental board
TL;DR: I wound up returning the board and got the ASUS TUF B560. It runs my RAM at its rated speed no problem, and beyond. There’s still plenty to like, though, and I’ve added an extra star. I’m certain this board would perform just fine with a 3200MHz kit.I like the BIOS better on this board, and the ASUS only has two case fan headers, as opposed to three on this board. Subjectively, I also preferred the color scheme/design on the Gigabyte.**Original review below.**This is a preliminary review based on limited testing so far. I have a busy work schedule and don’t have as much time to tweak as I used to.So...first impression? Beautiful board, seems incredibly well-built, but trying to get my RAM to run at rated speeds is resulting in a frustrating boot-loop situation. This is the second Gigabyte board I’ve ever owned, the first is paired to a 2500k, and that board liked to boot-loop on me, too. So that’s not a good sign.Tomorrow I’m going to update the BIOS and try again. If that doesn’t work, I have access to some alternate RAM sticks that I’ll try.My suspicion? This board is going to wind up being super finicky with anything other than default settings. I really wanted to try and get my RAM (Crucial DDR4 3600 16-18-18-38) to 3800MHz with stock timings, so...I may have to return and try a different board. I haven’t even had a chance to look at removing the CPU TDP limit. But I’m getting ahead of myself. I’ll report back after I’ve had more time to test. I want to like this board.Update: updated the BIOS and have even tried a different RAM kit to no avail. Sometimes it boots at rated speeds, but then randomly I’ll get a boot failure. I tried XMP for blanks and giggles (I generally prefer to tune my RAM manually), and it wouldn’t even boot.So yeah, it’s going back. This will probably be my last Gigabyte board. The Asus I originally wanted is back in stock now, anyway.

Could have been a great board
The major issue is RAM instability. Crucial Ballistix 3200MHz at XMP-enabled is unstable. This is a good board all-around, but RAM is critical to system function so any related issue is a big deal. I gave it 2 stars because it at least runs at base spec but I'd advise to avoid it until the RAM issues are fixed.Update: using BIOS F5 seems to solve to issue somewhat, but I wouldn't call it an ideal solution.
