The 600 dpi printer is aweful
I would not buy this printer. It may be good technology however the print quality is poor and the customer support is very slow. It took 3 weeks for their customer support to respond and another 2 weeks to get a reply after we answered their questions. By that point, the trade show was over and the project pointless. Their customer support told us that the graphics looked fine to them and were within tolerance. What they failed to recognize is that we did not attach an image for them to review. So they lied.If you are planning on printing any photos or images with this printer, DONT BUY IT. Importing images, regardless of file type or size, generates a blurry, poorly color-managed version of the image. It basically looks very fuzzy. The product advertises 600dpi, however that has not been close to our experience.
