This is typically used for sports training for quick feet! I’m sure it works great for that. I actually purchased this item for my 6 grandkids. I use it to entertain them during the rainy days and will use it a lot this winter for sure. Too many days inside drives kids crazy so when they can’t be outside in the heavy rain or too cold of winter days my home becomes an obstacle course. This ladder has so many levels of use for even my two year olds just learning to jump to the 10 year old who can use it to focus and increase his coordination and quick feet.
