Q: Has anyone used this to hold up a strapless bra under a formal dress? Did you stick bra to dress, or bra to skin? Did it hold well?

These tapes are strong but not that strong. Won't hold the bra up

Q: Is the tape reusable?

Once I put the tape on, (I use it for shoulder pads so I can use the same shoulder pads in anything I wear) it sticks very well and since it's two sided it's perfect for what I use it for and sometimes when I use the same pads the tape will work again, but it depends on what I put the shoulder pads in, like a sweater I have to take off the tape of and use more.But no, once I take the tape off the shoulder pads I have to throw it away. I haven't used it for anything else. I hope this helps.

Q: Can I safely remove the tape from a very light and delicate chiffon material without damaging it?

Yes Leaves no residue but remove slowly so you don't stretch the material
