Q: Are the tips soft silicone ?

They are a soft plastic that is comfortably flexible.

Q: Will these fit Widex Moment hearing aids?

I tried on a pair of Moments and got horrible feedback. For some reason, I had to use full plugs with the Moment to prevent feedback. But it could depend on the high gain settings, I suppose. They do actually fit on the Moment

Q: Will these fit Lexie model aids?

I don't know as I have the Widex Evoke Model and bought these Large Ear Tips once and found them too big. Recommend you contact the manufacturer.

Q: Do these work on oticon hearing aids?

It's not the best fit. Once they are on the receiver the dome appears to fit nicely but they are a little difficult to put on. You also have to make sure you put the dome on correctly or it could end up falling off in your ear.
