R.W.FLAME Electric Fireplace Insert 37Inch with Adjuatble Flame Colors, Log Colors, Flame Speed and Brightness, Remote Control, 750W/1500W (37''X27'')

I bought this for a large rental 1920's bungalow farm house. the dimensions were right on and it fit perfectly in the opening. The Flame and logs look good and the color options are nice along with the dimmable programs. the heating element works well. Have not tested how well it warms up a large living room yet but it seems like a good supplemental source. I turned it on and asked one of my workers what he thought and he said " I love it!". As far as I know he only loves his truck and his dewalt tools and his dog so I will take it as high praise! the only negative I have to say about it is that it seems like when it is off, it has a slight wavy feel to the glass. But I am sure it will set the room off and help tent the house. Glad to have it and at a decent price!

The media could not be loaded.  This is our first electric fireplace. It replaced a gas insert. We purchased the 39" model. The build quality is very good. The remote works perfectly when aimed at the fireplace from 30 feet. The dancing flame pattern is better than what we expected. The instant. on quartz IR heater is adequate to heat our living room, but not be enough to heat the whole house. The heater blower sound level is not loud enough to interfere with watching TV that is mounted above the fireplace. I would buy this fireplace again.

This looks amazing and is very quiet. The only problem is the heat output, yes it gets hot but it does the same job as my $30 space heater from Walmart.

Perfect fit, easy install, everything worked out the box, looks nice and complete our living room. Delivered exactly what we wanted to close out an old out of service fire place.

Replaced my ventless gas fireplace that hasen't worked right since we had house built 20 years ago. Anyway, my wife and I are very pleased with this electric fireplace. Installation was a piece of cake after preparing the opening to appropriate size, bought width needed but had to adjust for height. This fireplace not only looks great, it is very quiet, and the heater warms our large two story great room very well.

Easy to install, looks good

The product looked good & functioned as normal but it died within a year. The unit wouldn't power on. I contacted the Supplier just after the warrant and they said they refused to help. Please be careful of where you buy it from.

Love it! Looks great, heats up a big room and the different flame colours are a nice touch.

Works really well. Looks good and was easy to install. The only criticism I could give (hopefully the company sees and improves on this is that the imitation brick on the inside walls looks cheap. It doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the product.

Added beauty to our family room. We used it as an insert in our existing wood burning fireplace and it’s looking awesome

Very nice size and affordable. Changes different colours as well is nice. A little loud when tv is off but not annoying.
