Galaxy GeForce GT 240 1 GB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 DVI/HDMI/VGA Graphics Card, 24GGS8HX2PUX

Ive been blown away by this graphics card. I did my research and found hands down this was the best for the money-still after doing the research and having high expectations, this card is amazing. EVERY game and program ive thrown at it-- Crysis 2, Battlefield 2, Elder Scrolls Skyrim, Bioshock 2, Photoshop cs6,etc, has been set at the highest possible graphics setting that the game had and it handled them FLAWLESSLY for hours and hours of constant use with NO problem and NO lag that I could see--and these games are known to be graphic intensive btw. the ONLY thing that I would gripe about is that the highest directx it is capable of is 10.1--which ISNT a big deal because most games in near future will still run at that version. so if you want a great graphics card in this price range +/- $30 dont look no furtherMY COMPUTERHP Compaq dc7900 Convertible MinitowerIntel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz6.00 GB RAMupgrading processor and to hard drive to SSD this week so I cant IMAGINE what the performace is going to be like

I ordered this around April 23rd. Amazon said it would get here maybe around May 1st (a week), while this arrived on April 26th (in just 3 days!) Overall the shipping was fast, and the item is SEALED AND NEW! (: I am going to install this maybe on saturday when all my other stuff arrive (4gb Ram and a Case Fan). This should all let me play some of my games and edit some videos. This is a pretty cool graphic card at a very low price, still if you wanna play games with really high I recommend you to check your complete system (ram, cpu, etc) because it happened to me that I saw a lot of games running with this card but my ram and my cpu where prety different to the ones in the video and I had to lower the graphics. still youll see the difference the graphic are pretty awesome and it is noise free...if you wanna play games check your system requirements at [...]

I've had this card in my computer for over a year now and I have yet to find a game or video application that it can't tackle flawlessly. Installation was very simple, the image quality is outstanding both in standard and high definition, and you really can't go wrong with a video card packing this much power for under $100. I definitely recommend this card for anyone looking to upgrade their computer's video capabilities without breaking the bank.

Love it! I can run games smoother than ever not to mention play all the games(Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row 3, DayZ, Phantasy Star 2, Guild Wars 2, etc.)that I couldn't play smoothly or handle. For my first gfx card Geforce GT 240 was a great choice. Compared to my original gfx card this stays alot cooler at a steady temp of 40 degrees when my old card was up at 75-80 degrees.

Great product - low-end device with competitive quality.

So far, so good. Replaced a failed 8600GT in a Dell XPS 410. The family gamer sees a moderate improvement in some games, not so much in others.
