Great VALUE, and it includes the mounting TIES..!
I am using this on a LARGE transmission cooler for my ALLISON 643 in my bus. I have it wired for direct control by an ON/OFF switch until my correct thermostatic control relay arrives, and it has been working perfectly!I called Flex-A-Lite directly and spoke to a tech before installing it like this. They assured me that this unit can run at 100% continuous duty cycle and it has worked perfectly. Some key points for me are...1. Its not NEARLY as loud as some of the other electric fans I have had in the past.2. its extremely powerful.3. The company that makes it is 100% in the USA...!4. Tech support is friendly and knowledgeable.5. The instructions were CLEAR, written in ENGLISH, and the installation was simple.

Flex A Lite 392 Fan
I've had this radiator fan in my Kubota RTV for 5 months and have to say that it has worked great. I think it cools better that the oem that quit ever did. The dealership wanted $400 for an oem so I looked elsewhere and ran across this jewel for less than $80. Mounting was very simple and so was the wiring. Just pay attention to the wiring directions because the fan can be an air pusher or an air puller- depending on how you hook up the wires. Red to red isn't necessarily right but it does depend on how you want the air drawn. If it is reversed , then the blade will need to be reversed too or it won't draw the air . Just read the easy directions- it's a breeze.

Used as a pusher fan on my 2016 JKU
Really helps when its blistering hot in AZ. The AC cools down much faster too. Recommnded.

Worked great..
Worked great....for about a 1k miles. Installed on a project car that did not see much driving. Recently noticed that it was no longer working and that it had just exceeded its 1 year warranty period. I expected this to last a while longer.

flex-a-lite 392 S 12" Electric Fan
I have used this fan on my 2006 Nissan truck for a year now and am very happy with it.I live in the city, a lot of stop and go traffic, the A/C would quite working while setting at a traffic light. I found out this truck was not equipped with a electric fan. installing this fan took care of the problem. Love it, it gets HOT in OK.
