Weyland: 5-HTP (1 Bottle - 100 Capsules)

I have been taken this caps for a month now. So far I notice that it helps controlling my mood swings, another reason to take this caps was to help me lose weight, so far so good. I only take one cap daily in the mornings, I work out 5 times a week for 45 minutes, I cut on carbs considerably, it helps control my appetite, I feel full and I do not eat as much. In a month with all of these changes I have lost 13 pounds. This is my experience using this supplement. It is not a magic pill, it takes sacrifice and determination to accomplish goals!!

This 5htp product is my new go-to. The price is right and I can really feel the difference after taking it for a few days. I usually take one in the morning and one in the evening before bed. My general anxiety is lessened and I don't feel the need to "bored eat" as much, it just really evens me out and helps me maintain a pretty positive mood all day. This brand is great, sent me a thoughtful "thank you" note and I just felt like they really care about their customers.

5-htp is 5-htp. I got this for sleep and anxiety because it was a good price at the time and appeared to be genuine. This is definitely genuine and I'd recommend it. I can also recommend Pure Naturals and NOW 5-htp, I'd go with whatever is the best price per pill per mg.

I used this product to temporarily get rid of my depression and frequent mood swings. After about a week of religiously taking two pills twice daily, I noticed a significant change in my moods. I generally keep track of when I have good moods or when I am sad and depressed. I noticed I was tracking much more positive days with this product. When I did have to stop using the product due to starting a prescription medication, I noticed the symptoms of my depression started to worsen. I think this product is worth trying because of its great price. I did not notice a change in my sleeping pattern. The pill doesn't really seem to have a taste and it is very easy to swallow despite its size.
