I really liked this moisture balm a whole lot more than I thought that I would. It's an interesting light cream that feels a little bit balmy and it's very gel like. When I first applied this to my skin, I thought that it might be too balmy and leave my skin feeling oily. Not so. Spreads easily and absorbs well. Once you give it several minutes to fully set, you can see that your skin has a healthy glow. Yet, when you touch your face, it's not oily or greasy.Firms up my skin and diminishes fine lines. Even softened the deeper set ones. I was really amazed at how well this worked.Great for all skin types but I'd say that it's most likely best for those with normal to dry skin. A lot of sensitives might like this also. It's clean and has not caused me any sort of problems at all. Very impressed with this moisture balm.This is a perfect example proving that you do not have to spend a fortune to acquire a quality skincare product. At only $17.99 (today's price) for a .5 fluid ounces, this is a bargain. Sure, it's only a half an ounce, but you only need to use a very small amount. Will fit into almost anyone's budget and make your skin look like a million bucks.

It looks good when you first open it. it feels ok on you face and hands. feels like it rubs in well. My aeshetician tells me it is not about rubbing lotions and creams in, but you can rub a layer on and then let it gradually absorb in. this does work for me with other creams - my skin is sensitive to dry and redness. However with this cream after 30 minutes if I touch my face a layer of crap peels off, like a light skin burn. Like that feeling of little dead skin rolling up into a little layer of crap.

This moisturizing "balm gel" contains aloe vera and -- far more importantly to me -- hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is the best thing I've ever put on my skin and I love finding moisturizers that include it. I have a dry spot on my upper lip that will flake if I skip the acid for two days, but with it, even the redness stays away.This moisturizer is a cream (even if it's called a gel) and it smooths into my skin with a fresh herby scent that doesn't give me a headache -- a rarity that makes me think that it's claim to be 99% natural is true. It leaves behind a slight tackiness, which is my sole reason for four stars instead of five. Using this product keeps my skin moisturized. The price is far better than average, too. I'm very pleased.

I realize this is marketed as a gel but it really is no different than a cream. It didn't absorb any faster into my skin. While it did intially feel mosituring when I applied it, it still felt like I was missing something after it fully absorbed. I still felt like it wasn't fully hydrating enough. Plus it also left a tacky feeling on my skin. Its a pass for me on this one.

This is a great moisturizer. It's light and non-greasy. It's a great formula. It feels nice on the skin. It arrived fast and packaged well.

I like this moisturizer very much. I've found that for my skin, a product made with aloe vera works well and is more effective than other creams. This balm/gel is quite thick with a white color similar to cold cream. A small dab is all you need to massage into the skin. I've been using it on my face and the backs of my hands to keep plumped and fresh looking. This is a product that's made in France.

The smell was way too strong and the cream stung my skin. This is not for people with rosacea.
