Threw then straight in the trash:( had really high hopes. They are not elastic just plain material. No Velcro to tie in place. Been a power lifter for 17 years with Wabdl world championships and APF Team USA world champion and like I said so disappointed didn't even bother just trashed them:(. Maybe works for the cross fitters of the world but not powerlifting at all!!!

I bought them, at first sight, they look great. Maybe, I'm wrong but I thought the material was different, it is stiff, like some plastic fabric. Also, they were stained at the white stripe, like if they were stored for a long time.

These wrist wraps are great. I have a lot of experience working out and focus mostly on crossfit/olympic style lifting. These wraps go on and come off quick so you can easily rest between sets, pop them off for the cardio portion of the WOD and minimize lost time while keeping wrists stable. These things give a ton of support. A lot of people have two sets of wrist wraps, a thinner for exercises such as snatching and power cleaning, and a thicker for bench and shoulder press. I have found this set works great for both: wearing these a little high on the wrist will provide perfect support during shoulder press and bench, and a little lower for better ROM for snatching and power cleans. This is awesome because thats less stuff to pack in the gym bag. I was given this product in exchange for an honest review.

I know they talk CrossFit and Weightlifting to use these awesome wristbands, but I actually ordered them for when I do Yoga. I have wrist issues and there are some moves that really irritate and hurt my wrists. So instead of not doing the moves or stop doing Yoga, I ordered these just to see if they would help at all. Much to my surprise they did. I had wrist tendon extensor surgery in November and my comeback has been very slow. I was a daily gym lover but have not been hardly at all since my surgery due to my wrist till very weak. I really liked these straps and especially the loop for my thumb since it made it easier to put them on correctly. Once on they tightened when turning very easily and then loosened when I rotated the other way. I did not give these 5 stars only because they were a little long for me but I do have small wrists. The colors were vibrant and I always love anything with the red, white and blue spirit.
