Size:for 18 to 20 Feet Trailers NEW! - Expedition now features MARINEX Marine Grade Waterproof Roof made of woven boat cover fabric for improved performance and longer life. Marinex boat cover material outperforms plastic Tyvek tops in terms of breathability and longevity. Every RV owner knows that moisture can do major damage to an RV. With the Marinex top you get great protection from rain, dirt, UV rays, heat etc, and you get superior breathability. This means that if your RV starts to build up moisture under the cover it can evaporate and escape. This is not always the case with heavily coated, polypropylene or plastic based covers. Trapped moisture typically leads to mildew, mold and rot, causing major damage.. Marinex fabric was developed specifically for the marine outdoor cover environment, has withstood rigorous stress testing and meets strict quality guidelines. This makes it an ideal choice for the rooftop material on an RV cover. A perfect blend of waterproof, breathable and durable, Marinex will give you the protection and performance you need for the most critical part of your cover - the roof. Marinex is engineered to outperform any polypropylene or plastic roof material. Marinex fabric has been tested in an independent lab according to ASTM standards and is rated as "Excellent" in UV-Protection. Marinex blocks 98.5% of UV-A and 99.8% of UV-B rays which can cause significant damage to your RV. Warp and Weft tensile strength are also tested according to ASTM standards to ensure that the fabric doesn't fail at high stress wearpoints, and can withstand the weight of the sides of the cover pulling downward in extreme weather conditions such as wet and wind.

Great Cover for Smaller Trailers!
When I started to restore an early 1970s travel trailer, I knew I was going to need a strong cover if I didn't want all of my work to be ruined. Luckily I found the Expedition travel trailer cover and it's done wonders for keeping my trailer safe and dry!My trailer is an anomaly at only 12.5' long - far too short for most covers readily available in retail stores. While this cover is sized to fit a 14' trailer, I found that it actually fit around the curves and eccentricities of my trailer quite well! The locking straps at the front and back have made it extremely easy to pull the cover tight around my trailer and I was able to hide my on-board generator underneath it without a struggle. The side panels feature plastic D-rings along the bottom edges so that the longer sides can be tied underneath the belly pan for long-term storage.Because my restoration is an ongoing project, I really need a cover that's easy to roll up so that I can reach my trailer with ease. This cover has zippers at all four corners to allow for easy access, and the side panel covering the door is split into four sections that can each be unzipped independently. At the top of each panel are strips of velcro, perfect for holding panels rolled up and out of the way when access is needed.Of course the most important feature of any cover is its ability to keep ouit the elements and protect the trailer itself from weather and pest damage. The top of this cover, as well as a small "skirt" at the top of each side panel, is made from a durable material similar to duck cloth that does take a large amount of abuse. Typical rain, weather and storm conditions have done very little to effect my trailer or the cover itself, and at this point the only damage the cover has sustained has been a tear where I snaggeed a jagged piece of siding - not a typical situation unless you're in the middle of a complete rebuild. Overall, the Expedition travel trailer cover has been an excellent investment that's kept my project safe, sound and dry! I am exceptionally pleased with this cover and plan to get as much use out of it as possible!

Wont last
Tears easily. Did not last. Was tide up securely but wind moving it wore holds in these spots very quickly. Fabric thin. This my hold up in the sun and the weather but tore threw at the edges quickly before I could find out. Would not wast the money on this cover.Loos good but not of good quaily to withstand tearing threw on the fore corners on the trailer. Did use foam on edges of trailer in order cover to help protect cover as i could see that was going to be a problem.Lasted about 3 months. The material is not thick enough or not of good or strong quality in my opinion.

Made for my trailer 2002 28X Prowler
My Trailer box is 316" long and this fit like a glove. I installed it myself on top of the unit. When you open the box you will see a tag that says ( front of cover ) without that the could be a large can of worms. All workmanship is top of the line. What you can't see in this picture is under the flap on the roof is three screened vents to ventilate the roof. I installed this the day before a large snow storm. The wind made the top flutter slightly preventing snow from accumulating. What is very nice is that sides can be unzipped and secured with Velcro straps making it unnecessary to remove cover for maintenance.UPDATE: 2 1/2 years later ( JUNK ) the top materiel is made from something different the sun ate that up and ripping everywhere. Tearing on rear corners underneath . I would guess that any cover will do this in time. I look at it as renting storage space for my camper in my back yard. Expect to be paying about a $100.00 a year to protect your camper.

well-fitting cover
I bought this to keep my travel trailer, in enclosed storage from getting dirty. due to dust. It has an end of trailer entrance. This brand was the only cover I could find that permitted entrance at the rear. Works well, sewn well. Liked the ability to gain access on all three sides as need arises

Not bad for the price.
Fits my trailer well and gives very easy access if I want in before I open it for the season. It is not the most durable as It did tear during the winter at the attachment where the under trailer tie ropes are affixed. The instructions state to make sure they are not tied down to firmly, which I did follow. But I just installed it for winter number two and am mostly satisfied that I will get several winters out of it. My camper is kept outside but in a sheltered area that does not allow for strong winds.

Good enough that I bought another
This is the second Expedition Trailer cover I have bought. I use this for about 6 months during fall and winter. The first weathered 3 tough Michigan winters with a few small rips where the cover rode on sharp corners. I bought another after selling the old one. The first was a Toy Hauler size and it was too long - height. This second was a Travel Trailer size and a few feet shorter....just right. This newer one was built in straps that connect the sides at the bottom, a nice upgrade from the first.I shopped and compared lots of brands and feel really good about the Expedition brand. The best part is removing the cover in the spring and finding a nice clean trailer that’s ready to roll.

Seems Strudy & Well Vented
I bought the 14 to 16 ft. and it is kind of big, but better somewhat big than too small. It was easy for two senior citizens to put up, me 71 and him 73. I did go up on the trailers roof though so can't tell you if it is easy any other way. We have had some high winds lately and so far so good. We are happy with it.

Happy with the cover
The cover came quicker than anticipated. I recommend that two people are needed to install the cover and that it not be windy. A mistake I made, but I was saved by my wife. Check the edges of the travel trailer to make sure there are no sharp items. There was a small sharp aluminum piece sticking out on the edge of the bottom of the trailer, it snagged and tore a small hole in the fabric. After a little flattening of the aluminum with a hammer there were no more problems. Also if the scupper on the downspout gutters stick out from the side, you may want to put something over it. I cut a soda can in half and taped it over the protruding scupper, it worked.
