Good value!
Of the WiFi extenders I looked at, this presented the best combination of high ratings and value, so I tried it out. So far, so good: setting it up is simple (I used my phone), and while it takes a minute or so to calibrate, the indicator lights give you a good idea of signal strength in different locations. The instructions could be slightly more detailed (hint: there's some info right here at the product page that's useful), but aside from one or two translation issues, they're clear and concise. So far, the extender works fine: I get a signal in places I was not getting one before. The intention was to give ourselves a good signal on our back patio: it's the middle of winter, and there's a foot of snow there, so I couldn't directly test it...but I bought it now because the price was reduced and I had a gift card. I did walk down the walkway near the patio--and I still had a clear WiFi signal, so all signs are good this extended the range as I'd hoped it would.(The review asks me to rate "thickness": I do not know what that's supposed to refer to, but I just gave it the same rating as the general rating...)

Good, but not amazing. Works fine if you don't absolutely need all 1200mbps bandwidth.
I live in a 2200sq ft 5 bed single floor house built in 1951. It's got concrete walls, and we only have good service out of our ISP's router if we're in the same room.I bought two of these things, and with a 200/15mbps connection, one gets 60/12, the other gets 130/12. Both were relatively easy and straight forward to configure, and I'd rather have Some internet than none, so these work fine. I would need 1 more to fully cover my entire house.

Took a couple tries but got it set up ok on 2.4gHz
I had tried AP mode first, so I had to reset the unit and then did repeater mode on 2.4gHz. Seemed to work ok and was easy enough to set up.

Lame w/ lies
You should know first off that their claim of 1200Mbps is a lie. How? Because you don’t get to add 2.4 & 5G throughputs (which would still only get to 1167Mbps by their own numbers) when it only repeats ONE of the frequencies at any given time.Add to that the WPS doesn’t work = Returned.
