I love my water filters! The water tastes so very clean. These fit well in the pitcher and are built well. The quality is also great. I did have Abit of difficulty taking one out of the pitcher to change filters but with my daughter's help there was no problem at all!

We've had our chubby for over 2 years and the water is delicious! Even guests comment on how good it tastes! It's easy to change the filter and it drips quickly!Recently, the filter indicator needed to be replaced and I contacted Water Drop customer service. I was told to provide my order number from my Amazon order and they would send me a new lid for the pitcher....at no charge!!!!I few days later my package arrived and it was not just the lid, but a whole new pitcher!!! Needless to say, their customer service exceeds 5 stars! I'm so grateful to Harper for the super customer service. Not only that, but a couple weeks later, Harper sent an email inquiring if everything was to my satisfaction! Incredible!!!I cannot recommend the pitcher highly enough....and Water Drop sure does seem to be a great company to deal with!Thanks Harper!!

A kitchen staple! Love how fast the water filters and it is durable and easy to fill.

Great tasting but only after more than two flushes, which is recommended. Fast filtering and super fast pour. However, I can't fill it all the way 'cause it's tooo heavy, at least 10 lbs when full, not even kidding. That weight is a lot for the not so ergonomically designed, though pretty, wooden handle, and the filter takes up a lot of real estate. Overall happy with it, and so are my biceps!!! LOL

The product was perfect but there is no way to confirm that it is working. Yes it will tell when the filter needs to be replaced.

We love our water drop pitcher and have been using it for years along with the filters. They fit right, last, and provide you with great looking and tasting water.

Updated review on 2/10/2025:Customer reps reached out to assist in my questions. I think it was a confusion or misunderstanding of my expectation. Long story short, the meters I used to check the filtered water is within the range for good drinking water. I think the filtered water tastes great and it filters water very quickly. I'll continue to use these filters now that my concerned was addressed and resolved.Earlier Review :I really want to give 5 stars but confused about the filters... The ones we purchased from this store showed 30-50ppm using three different meters. These two last orders I purchased from the same store here are showing 90-110ppm, our tap water is 110ppm, does that mean the filters are no longer functioning as expected? I returned the last order and re-ordered but the quality is the same, 100's ish ppm.I just want to know if the water is safe to drink and if the filters are actually functioning by filtering out the harmful chemicals as it advertises.Otherwise I was super happy with the filters, they were showing 30's ppm as expected to be ideal drinking water level.

I love this pitcher. Not only is it easy to replace the filters, but the pitcher is great! I was originally concerned if the handle would be secure, but it is. It is very sturdy. The lid is also great as it stays securely in place when I am pouring water. With my last pitcher, I had to always hold the lid down when I was pouring water. So this pitcher is a very nice change! The replacement filters are also a lot cheaper than my last pitcher. Great Pitcher!
