Overall, this book is great. It gets you started on the fundamentals of JavaScript.However, I would not classify this as a book for beginners, as it has often been advertised. Several times during my reading, I've noticed that it required some knowledge of HTML and also it moves very fast from chapter to chapter.If you're already experienced in other schools of coding, I would highly recommend this. But if you're new to all of this stuff, there is probably a JavaScript book that's better driven toward beginners in the field.

Good book

Just the textbook I needed for my class, at a reasonable price. The access to the e-book copy also helps me fulfill course requirements (online practice tests).
