Deluxe Memory Foam Round Cervical Neck Roll Premium Support Pillow

Update: 8/20/17I'm upgrading this from 4 to 5 stars. I put this pillow in my travel trailer about a year ago and needed a new one at home. I've tried about 3 since then, and ended up with neck pain and headaches. So, I'm back to buy this one again. Given that--it deserves a new rating. However, as someone in the comments suggested, I will buy satin cover so that my pillow case shifts smoothly.Original review:I really like this pillow. I switched to neck roll pillows for sleeping over a year ago. Headaches from sleeping poorly due to a kinked neck have virtually disappeared. However, the original pillows I bought were quite cheap and didn't hold up well as actual sleeping pillows.I have not had this a year yet, but I do like it. It seems to hold up well to my tossing and turning and helps me maintain better sleeping posture (hence no headaches) whether I'm on my back or my sides. Despite it being firmer than the cheap-o ones I had, my ears never hurt when side-sleeping. The memory foam molds to me making for a custom "fit" no matter how I'm sleeping.I don't know how to describe the firmness. It's far firmer than the cheap neck rolls I had (I suspect they were meant to be for decorative pillows), but at the same time it easily shapes to my neck. It is supportive, but not rigid.My only complaint is the velour (or whatever it is) material on the outside of this pillow. It's soft, but it doesn't allow my pillowcase to move or slide easily when I need to adjust the fit. It's very comfortable, but has lots of friction.I took a chance on this because there were so few reviews, but I'm glad I did.

This is a high quality, firm roll pillow with a zippered pillow case that comes in a reusable storage bag. I bought this to use under my head and neck at night, hoping that it would prevent me from waking up with headaches. Truthfully, it was a little too firm for me at first. After a few nights, it flattened a little bit and I stopped getting headaches. However, I would wake up with a very sore mid to upper back. After a little research online it seems that this is happening because the pillow is too high, causing strain on my back muscles. I think it is too low to use under my knees at night, so I'm not sure what I will use it for. Overall, this is a nice pillow and may work out for you, depending on your body and your needs.

I am in love with this pillow it seems that every three years I have to buy a new one I love the fact that the price has gone down my first one cost me almost $30 and now I can get to for pretty much the price I paid for one years ago my new ones are just as good as quality as before I love sleeping with them they help me sleep comfortably and wake up with no neck pain I call him my squishy and my Snuggie I definitely I'll come back to Amazon and purchase again in a few years love this product

The best night's sleep I've had in years. With neck problems & ruptured discs this provides the relief at night to rest my neck after a long day. I've tried memory foam several times with no success... This one is special! Very amazing! Probably because it's not a full square pillow. Considering another one for between my arms to remove the bulk of my square pillow I hold onto when I sleep on my side. This pillow works well side or back sleeping. I do have a really old flat pillow under it to catch the back of my head when I sleep on my back & it's just perfect.

I am writing a review after my 2nd good nights sleep in years. I have been looking for a good neck roll for forever. The available neck rolls were either cheap and hard or theywould sink under pressure. As another reviewer wrote, this pillow is a wonderful blend of of being firm enough to give your head and neck support, but soft enough to adjust to your needs and be comfortable. It is the perfect size. It does not come with a case, but cases are easier to find than the perfect neck roll. Thank you Guardian Angel for giving me back a good nights sleep!!! I'm going to get a second one as a backup!!

Very supportive. A bit firm for me, but several in my family like it that way.

I am always skeptical about buying things like pillows online because it’s hard to know how it will actually feel. This pillow surprised me, however. It has the right firmness/softness ratio I appreciate in memory foam pillows. I had originally bought this for my boyfriend but after I tried it out I ordered one for myself! Definitely worth the price point in my opinion. Good quality and fast shipping. Can’t beat that!

I bought this to replace my very worn out neck support-roll, for my cervical arthritis. It is way too big for a neck support, even for a pillow it is too big. It is also quite heavy...maybe a handle on one or both ends would help position and move it.. I just wish it was smaller, in diameter. This is the smallest I could find, which is why I bought this one. Maybe I can find another use for it, as for a neck roll...no.
