Good Price - works fine
Looks fine, probably last a long time. Fairly good range of angular adjustment. You may find better, but you will pay more, so nice value overall. For utilitarian items like this, that need to survive in the outdoor weather, I often spray them with "Instant Cold Galvanize" (zinc) coating for extra rust protection. I am sure this has a weight rating, and it needs to withstand wind and ice loading in some areas, so be realistic about what you hang on it.
