I love my new oberhause premium stainless steel herb scissors. I believe that kitchen shears are a must for every cook but these are the first pair of herb scissors that I have ever owned. I honestly can not imagine how i have managed without them. These are super nice and I love how easy they are to clean. I have a huge garden and grown all my own herbs. They are super sharp and I can cut up a large amount of herbs in record time. I love that there are five sets of blades especially when I am chopping large quantities to freeze. I freeze my herbs in ice cube trays with chicken broth to add to soups, stews and other dishes. These shears also protect fresh herbs from undue bruising and will ensure freshness, flavour and quality. The shears are very strong are made out of heavy duty, long-lasting stainless steel. The handles are very comfortable and even though I have arthritis in my hands I can use these for as long as I need without pain. and This makes it one of the best kitchen herb shears you can find in terms of reliability and value.
