They hold in well on Zman plastic, which has kinda been difficult for me in the past as just due to the nature of the plastic it wants to stretch and push nail weights out more so than them holding on but once you put it in it really doesn't want to come out, spent the few seconds to get it straight in odds are you will have trouble removing it after due to the Zman baits refusing to let go of it once in.

Like everything from Z-man, this is a quality item. Remember to "pull" Elaztech baits on instead of pushing on like you do with regular plastic baits and you'll have a more harmonious outcome.
