Works well
It’s small and compact, but not too small. Can fit everything you might want to in this pouch, however chest seals might present a problem as they can’t be folded. Other than that its a good bang for the buck.

Very nice
Highly recommend, these packs are so handy and functional. We have these on a lot of our field gear and in our vehicles. Very functional and ideal for an IFAK.

Better to have it and not need it...
I originally ordered the full size version of this Condor Rip-Away EMT pouch and built a gunshot trauma kit for my patrol car with it. I ordered this lite version to build a similar kit to go on my tactical vest. The build quality is just as good as some of the competition for something like this. Sure you can get something more expensive such as Maxpedition but depending on your frequency of use this will last just as long and stand up to tons of abuse. I know there are some people who claim it is just a cheap Chinese knockoff of other companies such as 5.11, to that I say so what. In the end these types of pouches are made of similar strengths of denier ballistic nylon and are sufficiently stitched in order to prevent failure. I filled this pouch with a blow out kit for gun shots and severe trauma and it fits perfectly on the front of my vest right alongside my Condor Outdoor: Triple Open-Top Mag Pouch. My tactical vest is in my trunk and is only utilized during call-outs or serious incidents. As of right now our department does not authorize us to wear tac-vest's full time on duty. My point being is that your mileage might vary. If I was wearing my gear around all shift every day I might choose Maxpedition or another brand but for my needs Condor is a budget friendly alternative.

Smallest, light weight, rip away personal medkit. Great product
This is probably the best option for a solo medkit. Others are bigger and better for multiple people, but unless you're a trained emt you should keep it simple. The medkit is small enough to not be a burden on my rig but packed full where I am confident it has everything I'll need. I combined a 4pack of wound seal, a trauma kit, a tourniquet and basic supplies from a pharmacy to create this personal kit as well as left over supplies to make a larger group kit.Listed is everything I've fit into it: Quick Clot clotting sponge 3.5"x3.5", sterile sponge 4"x4", roll of gauze, roll of bandage, roll of medical tape, antiseptic wash & patches, 4pack of Wound Seal, painkillers, half dozen tampons for bullet knife or shrapnel wounds, gloves, medical scissors and the Recon Medical tourniquet rubberbanded on the exterior strap.I'm still looking to add non-toxic super glue. The straps and loops on the inside hold everything well. Overall I'm very pleased with the product. Great for peace of mind.

Compact Lite IFAK
Good quality compact pouch. For the size of this IFAK pouch, you can fit the essentials: 4 inch Israeli bandage, 2 chest seals, hemostatic gauze, BleedStop packet, surgical tape, 2 pair nitride gloves, other gauze, 2 light sticks, burn gel packet, alchol pads, etc. Also include medical/small flashlight on molle straps on exterior of pouch. Pouch does not fit CAT tourniquet. Placed 5.8" trauma shears and CAT tourniquet in separate pouch. Pouch does not come with Med Cross or any other patches. Would highly recommend!

Best Med Pouch I've Used, Investing in More for Maritime Security Students
This is the second one of these I bought.I use this for work, I teach Maritime Security and there's been a huge debate about where a Med pouch / Blowout kit / IFAK should be placed on the body. Long story short, due to the Condor Rip-Away system being available, it really doesn't matter at this point where this is placed on the body, AS LONG AS it it in an accessible place (if you are wearing it on the body) and are able to unclip the clip, and rip it off the velcro. We're currently trying to order a bunch of the regular sized pouches, that's how much we like this system. I wear mine on a leg drop panel along with a couple M4 rifle mag pouches. The Lite Rip-Away pouch is perfect for me, because I hate how big the regular IFAKs are. I pretty much fit everything in my Lite pouch that I used to have in my regular sized one. There's velcro on the outside, so you can put patches on the front. Here's what I could fit in mine, (if you don't know how to use this stuff, then don't use it unless you want to risk a lawsuit):- 2 Chest seals (had to fold a bit, but if you don't have the cheap ones, they'll still stick just fine)- 1 TCCC card w/ rubber band attached- 1 NAR 6" ETD (Emergency Trauma Dressing)- 1 CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet)- 1 Sharpie- 1 Roll of Combat Tape (Duck / Duct Tape about 1.5" wide, Roll is about 3/4 to 1" in Diameter- 1 NAR Decompression Needle for TPX (14 ga x 3.25")- 1 NPA w/ Lubricating Jelly (Nasopharyngeal Airway, Size 28)- 1 QuikClot Infused Combat Gauze XL (Z-Folded Hemostatic Dressing)- 2 H & H Compressed Gauze ("Sterile Crinkle Cotton Fluff Bandage Rolls" 4.5" x 4.1 yards stretched)- 1 NAR Trauma Sheers (They fit in the MOLLE on the side, outside of this)Bottom Line - I can fit a ton of medical supplies in here. Two of the guys I work with are TCCC Instructor qualified through the Marines, and they rave about these too. Really great design, and sturdy also. Just as you would expect from Condor. Pics are soon to follow. Hope this helps!-CL

Impressed
I have two of these pouches attached to the back of the headrests of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. One holds a first aid kit and the other holds a "sick kit" that contains things like a vomit bag and Dramamine.Within two weeks of putting them together, both had already been used by passengers (Dramamine for car sickness, Tums for an upset stomach) They are easy to access because they can just be ripped off the Velcro or they can be unzipped to have the bag open partially without any of the contents spilling out and they are big enough to hold enough supplies to be useful without being bulky.

Buona scelta.
Ottimo prodotto, capiente e versatile. All'interno trovano facilmente posto una benda israeliana, tourniquet, 4 pacchi di garze, valvola pneumotorace, forbici di medie dimensioni per tagliare gli abiti, rotolo per bendaggio e due cyalume.Forse un po' troppo caro.

excellent
Excellent bag, plenty of elastic to hold supplies in place and a sleeve for things such as plasters. Right size for basic 1st aid kit for 1 or 2 people, would need the large emt pouch if its for a groups 1st aid or you want a trauma kit in there as well.

Gut
Soweit bin ich zufrieden ausser das sie sehr stark nach Chemie riecht.
