This was wonderful but stop working after 65 daysUpdated: diffuser was replaced and working wonderful !!!

The diffuser arrived in great shape and was compact and very user friendly to fill, choose spa lighting or mist function options.We use a diffuser every night and like a dark room, which studies show is much better for restful sleep. This diffuser had a mist "on" light that put out a significant green glow (even after covering the LED light with dark tape)and did not go off once I had chosen the mist setting. Also the beeps when the diffuser automatically shut off were disturbing our sleep. This is the first diffuser I have owned that beeped at shut off and didn't have an option to have the mist function light have the option to be shut off completely.The product description stated it would run 8-10 hours and only a couple of times did it run for 8 hours, and it never came close to running 10. The 8-10 hour continuous run time was one of the reasons I chose this one.The company was good to work with and ultimately refunded my money. BUT, they said they were not able to put the money back on an Amazon gift card so I was sent a check written on a Canadian bank. Due to it being a foreign bank, banking regulations required that I had to fill out paperwork and pay a $10 fee to get my refund😟

I am new to the whole essential oil thing so this is my first purchase of this type of product. So far I love it! So easy to use. I run this every day to make the house smell good. Gone are the days of using those plug in oils that seem to smell good for a couple of days and then you can't smell them anymore! Also, like this better than burning candles.I love that you can "set it and forget it" since it automatically turns itself off. I let it run while I sleep, while I get ready for my day, while I'm home, while I'm away. Love having a fresh smelling house to come home to. It does have a few soft beeps as it turns off but I only discovered this as I was still awake when it turned itself off one night. The beeps are so soft that it does not bother me at all while I'm sleeping and has never woke me up (I have my diffuser on nightstand right next to my side of the bed by the way). I love this so much that I may have to buy a second one for the other end of the house!

After reviewing many similar products on Amazon, I chose this one based on the positive reviews. It's great! I purchased this over the winter for my 4 YO sons bedroom. I wanted a product that delivered both humidity and essential oil during 'cold season'. Easy to operate, easy to clean and just the right amount of humidity for a smaller size room. If diffusing, I find a little oil goes a long way. 1-2 drops of essential oil for a small room does the trick. My only wish would be to have a larger size and an adjustable vapor flow option. Properly cleaning the interior of my old Crane teardrop shape humidifier was impossible, which is where this unit shines. The design is fantastic, it just doesn't provide as much humidity as a regular size humidifier of course..I also want to comment on this company I contacted them regarding an issue with the original unit and the owner personally responded almost immediately to my e-mail. I really appreciated his proactive follow-up and quick resolve - Nice, professional and attentive. If only all businesses were run this way. Thanks!

I am glad that I bought Sireen aromatherapy diffuser since it is useful in many ways. It works as a humidifier which increases moisture in the air; it improves the air quality by purifying the air. Also, it releases aroma which is very refreshing. It's ability to operate for 8-10 hours is a plus for me because I don't need to worry about starting it again for a long time!!! The light changing option on the diffuser gives any room a soothing environment and could be used as a night light. It is perfect to be used anywhere in a house like master/kids/guest bedroom, leaving room, family room, or even in the kitchen. We are switching the diffuser to different places in the house to get the nice, relaxing feeling and enjoying it very much! It really is a great product and people should give it a try!!!

I am very pleased with this diffuser. My daughter and I have been suffering from allergies and very severe congestion. Since getting this diffuser, I've been regularly using it in our room with some eucalyptus essential oil. I'm pleased to say that it has helped us greatly! The diffuser is 300 ml, enabling it to operate continuously throughout the night, without running out of water. It is very easy to refill (just pour water into it or detach it from the adapter and refill it at the sink), easy to operate (has a few auto shut-off options which come in handy during nap time), and has ambient lighting option that can be used as a nightlight. Overall, has all basic functionalities you would look for in a diffuser, at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

I have purchased this item and simply love this diffuser!! Great product and can be used anywhere in the house, bedroom, dining room, living room, kitchen and even bathroom. It is very helpful for anybody to keep the house humid and aromatic. Very easy to use, this product can taken anywhere and can be set up very easily, creating your own atmosphere.There are multiple colors of lights available, depending on my mood and my surrounding that day - I set it up on different colors. It can also be used for quite sometime so the house is continuously humidified. The electric chord setup was also a good idea, so that I don't have to concerned about running out of charge or replacing batteries. Great product - I would recommend it to anyone anytime!!

I bought this a few weeks ago. It worked fine the first day or so, and then I had trouble with it not turning on. I was going to return it, but the seller reached out to me. I called him. I followed his instructions to hold the diffuser button down for two seconds to turn it on. Sure enough, it worked! He assured me that if anything happens within a year, they will replace it.My house smells lovely again, and I'm VERY happy about this purchase.THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
